Zo says:
Got one in HK a couple of months ago.
Hands down, Retina sure is beautiful. Don’t get frustrated though if facebook pictures or any other pictures/videos are not as sharp as you thought they’d be.
Not all apps have been optimized for the Retina display. But I’m sure App Store developers are hard at work to fully take advantage of retina :)

John says:
What about smart ?! Their LTE frequency band (2.1 Ghz) is compatible with the new iPad. I plan to get the Wifi + Cellular one with them.
Kendrick says:
SMART will also be the carrier of the new iPad for sure! Cant wait to get a data plan for this.. :)
John says:
The 700 Mhz-only LTE is Verizon’s iPad. The international iPad is the same as the one with AT&T’s (along with Telus and Rogers in Canada) which uses 2 LTE bands (700/2100 Mhz) generating of up to 75 Mbps. Lucky enough, we are the only country along with USA and Canada to use the new iPad’s LTE feature. Thanks to smart ! ;)
Philip says:
Correct me if I’m wrong but as far as I know the new iPad runs on 700 Mhz which is not compatible with the LTE from Smart.
itachi1 says:
It looks like Apple has a “preferred” network to release their products even if they expunged their “network-exclusive” sales strategy.
