Asus tablets to land on March 25

Asus unveiled their Android-powered and Windows-based slate PCs last CES 2011 and true to their word, they’re launching all of them in the Philippines before end of this quarter.

Here’s an invite we got yesterday that mentioned 4 new top of the line products and a teaser shot of what is obviously a tablet PC.

They’ve got both Android and Windows 7 tablets on the roster — Asus Eee Slate EP121, Eee Pad MeMo, Eee Pad Transformer and Eee Pad Slider.

I’m hoping they’ll be affordable this time, considering the iPad has already gained momentum. More on this once we get final details on specs and local pricing.

  13. keyboard is a big plus for me (reason why I chose Desire Z over other androids). It is interesting to see products like Transformer and Slider. I hope it can live to the hype.

otherwise, it’s BB Tablet for me.

  14. mm…..it does come with an in-built digitizer. Boon for those who love to draw with a pressure sentitive stylus. Plus, it has a full O.S., making it easy for it to communicate with your desktop, laptops etc. (via Microsoft Live Mesh). Let’s not forget the Gorilla glass and 64 GB SSD. At USD1,000.00, it’s a reasonable price.

  15. Asus continue to introduce new product to compete with other products. It’s an advantage to consumers. http://youshudno.blogspot.com/
