Me, I first knew that something was wrong when the messenger delivering our very first billing statement opened the door to our office, threw the envelope on the nearest desk, and then departed without further word.
Looking back on that little incident, I find it remarkably funny compared to what we’re experiencing now.
Well, sometimes pldt service can be pretty bad. One time i had no internet for about 5 days and 15 calls which all told me the same crap. But in terms of speed i would say pldt is the best and although it sucks…theres really not much else to choose from. Someone can make a buttload by providing fast internet with good service.
pldt really suck! walang kwenta customer service nila! one month na kaming walang connection ,, theyll just tell you nagawan na raw ng report.. patay ka na wala pang pumupuntang tecnician! wala bang direct line sa technical support nila?
Tama si Monsky..pldt really suck! one month na rin kaming walang connection.. hanggang ngayon wala pa rin….. nasa technician na daw ung report nakaforward antayin daw yung tawag hanggang ngayon wala pa rin tumatawag na techician.. BULOK tlga serbisyo nila… TangIna nyo mga PLDT!! nagbabayad kami…. ayusin nyo nman serbisyo nyo.
try nyo globelines broadband! pareho rin! magho-hot ears na ang mga tenga mo sa hotline nila sa kakahintay pagkatapos pareho ang answer : “noted on the computer ang complain. by 24 hrs. meron nang technician.” waats wrong with them? one month na kaming walang connection sa internet. br0adband or boardband?
hay nabubwiset na ko sa pldt dsl. especially the 999 pldst dsl plan! intermittent ang connection… mabilis nga wala namang consistency!!! ASAR!!!!

i’m a smallbiz pldt subscriber,and ever since the dsl was installed ,it would have an on and off connection.for almost 3 months now,luging lugi nako.sa loob ng buong araw minsan 2 hours lang may connection. pagod nako makiusap sa kanila,just like now nasa ibang shop ako para lang makapag internet. sister ko nag research ng assignments nia yesterday sa ibang shop. imagine, i have my own shop pero walang silbi. most of the time i have connection 2am up to 8am, tapos sasabihin nila relax!? pagdating sa singilan magaling sila…pagdating sa serbisyo wala silang kwenta!!!
mayabang sila,sad to say as of now, i’ve got no choice walang ibang available na puede i replace to in my area.

I used PLDT DSL for a year because they’re the only one providing the service sa location ko… ang complaint ko sa kanila is yung CUSTOMER SERVICE. That is what really sucks. I can understand intermittent connections or the occational down-times kasi sa dami nga naman ng subscribers. Pero sana they have people to meet the number of subscribers they have. Hindi yung aabot ng 7 days na walang connection! GRRRR.
When I moved residence (across the street of my previous address) I was shocked to find out that PLDT doesn’t have the same service a few houses down the same street! TANGINA.
I switched to Bell Telecoms. I regretted it bigtime. Don’t even think of getting their crappy service. They use Destiny Cable’s coaxial lines. Kaya kung may nag-illegal tapping ng cable TV down the street, kawawa ka… maswerte na ang 7kbps na broadband (kuno).
I switched to BayanDSL and have been using it for almost 2 years now. Its a dedicated line (no phone - from the poste, straight to the ADSL MODEM) 384kbps at two-thirds the price I was paying for PLDT’s 256kbps. NO COMPLAINTS - they have 24 hr. service crew and they guarantee a technician at your door in 1 day kung hindi ma-resolve through phone ang problem. I can’t really account for other horror stories out there about Bayan DSL (if any) pero as for me, its been peaches and cream ever since.
Agree ako sa inyo, la na to katapusan. Yung MyDSL namin 512kbps pro wala nman kwenta. On and off yung connection! 2 months na ata to. I’m switching to BayanDSL. PLDT is all air.

anak ng pating naman ilang beses na akong na disconect d2 sa internet server ng pldt, online pa naman ang game ko kada out ko sa game intensionally backing ako ng point bakitba ganito yang adsl nyo di na ba magawan ng paraan yan??????? tatawag naman ako sa pldt service sa telepono wala naman sumasagot puro machine baguhin nyo naman ang style natin para umasenso tayong mga pinoy!!!!!!

tang ina naman di pa ba maayos yang pldt dsl nyo anak ng pating ilang beses a kong na disconect sa server ilang beses ns rin nabawasan ang points ko kung may iba lang makakabitan ng nglinya rito di na ko mag titiis sa pldt na ito maski makarating sa maneger nyo mga hinayupak kayo husayan nyo serbisyo nyo pati sa service center nyo wlang tao nagbulakbol yata mga tao nyo abay subukan nyong tawagan para malaman nyo ang cnasabi ko peste.
PLDT SUCKS BIG TIME…. They boasted about the 384 kbps max bandwith for their plan 999. what i am getting for 2 months now is an unprecedented 118kbps. That is after I lost my connection for one week…
These people are bunch of cheaters who need to be investigated by NTC. Anghirap kumita ng pera tapos dudugasin ka lang ng mga bigtime na swindlers tulad nila..

I almost forgot..ano naman kaya bukod sa maghapong pagkakamot ng betlog ang ginagawa ng NTC dito? I pay my tax regularly kahit mahirap ang buhay pero this agency na dapat nagiingat sa consumers na tulad natin eh natutulog sa pansitan……baka may LAGAY!
We applied for DSL connection dito sa maliit na law office April 4. June 23 na naikabit, tapos gumana lang for two days. After that, wala na, hanggang ngayon. In the meantime, we use an aircard (weRoam) na kasingbagal ng dial-up, at ayaw gumana kung Sabado.
We really should teach PLDT a lesson, make them realize that they are no longer a monopoly, there are other providers who can give us better service for our money. Hindi naman nila tayo pinagsisilbihan for free–pinaghihirapan natin ang perang ‘yan!
We finally cancelled our application for DSL to go to Eastern.
Good riddance na lang sa kanila. The best revenge is to surf well!
LA KWENTA PLDT!!! more than one week na ko tumatawag customer service dahil la dial tone phone namin, lagi sinasabi pupuntahan, bwisit.. mamumuti lang mata mo la naman nagpupunta para ayusin. lagi sinasabi sa customer service “maam, forward namin sa repairman”.. leche, baguhin nyo linya nyo!!! BWISIT KAYO! lahat ng naka PLDT na kakilala ko sasabihan ko na lumipat na. la kwenta PLDT!!! BWISIT!!
MGA BWISIT KAYO.. Customer Service nyo barok! lagi ko report phone namin hangang ngayon la dial tone at hindi mapuntahan, leche!!!
For 2 WEEKS in june I have no internet connection with pldt dsl and again 1 WEEK in July. We call 172 as much as 3 times daily to no avail we get the same answers that it is forwarded to repairman et….not to mention the long wait before you get in touch with their customer support. I planned to switch to bayantel or skycable only to find out the 1 year tie up with pldt that I signed (fine fine print) since maliit na ang fine print malabo pa iyon fax. . Bottom line PLDT PLAN 999 IS NOTHING BUT A RIP-OFF AND FULL OF S__T ! ! ! Almost forgot to mention even to this day almost 2 months now I still have no refund, the usual excuse of pldt is its still not being approved.
BULL SH_T !!! Ironically if you forgot to pay your bills they are all over you in less than a weeks time. My sister also have a plan 999 and have the same horrifying experience. Am just waiting for my tie up to finish…..After that PLDT JUST LOST ONE CUSTOMER NOT TO MENTION TO SPREAD THEIR DOINGS.
PLDT suck! Drop your subscription and go for skydsl internet or better globelines.
I’ve been a two year pldt subscriber and one thing i can said it sucks.
Globelines expand your service to metro manila. Many are willing to change from pldt to globelines especially valenzuela.
PLDT advertisement are only hoaxes they are good at adverisement but worse in customer service. They are advertising 1.2mbps for plan 1995 starting august 9 2006. But expect a 512kbps or worse.
ako ayos namn connection ko pero ang problema ko ay yung kaninlang so called “bilis kabit” hanep yan! “bilis kabit” daw pala, bago ako makabitan 5 months! daming palusot hndi daw fissible yung line, wala daw port, waland modem, walang cat-1 cable kulang nalang sabihin nila na walang kwenta pero hinintay ko ng 5 months kada MWF natawag ako sa kanila kinukulit ko bago sabi nila may schedule na daw bago 1 week hanggang maging 5 months pero dumating naman ok naman ung connection ngaun naka 1.2mbps ung P1,995 connection ko nag increase mula sa 785kbps nila….
sana bilissan niyo ung pag shift ng supplies niyo!
don’t ever think of switching to globelines mas malala sila. i have my speak n’ surf delivered 2 weeks ago but until now i can’t use their phone.
I hate PLDT. I was one of the early subscibers when DSL was rolled out in the Philippines and since then, I was bothered by high prices, slow speeds and constant down times.
But since early this year, they have been really pissing me off. I would get inconsistent speeds, that range from very fast to worse than dial-up speeds (like now, downloading Itunes at 4.81kb/sec). Get this: when I try out the speed test at the PLDT web site, I am supposed to be getting 3.3-3.5Mbps. So much for deceptive marketing: run a fat fiber into the building and then having a flimsy backbone to the rest of the world. Great job PLDT!
My streams are unstable and after a few minutes of streaming, the line would drop. Then the modem does a DC on a regular basis.
I have a feeling that they are also trying to give VOIP users a difficult time by plugging up ports on a certain range at almost predictive times. This causes the lines to be interrupted one way or drop altogether making calls frustrating. And it is not the VOIP as I have 5 of these units scattered all over the world and it is only in Manila that two of these units do not work well.
Tech suppost is useless and they know nothing. On top of that, they make you wait for tech to call you up. As if that was bad enough, they are late in doing so and often you sit there twirling your thumbs for an hour before they call back.
When they do send someone over, they cannot figure out my constant disconnects and just do everything on a trial basis. They switch things around and exchange this and that and hope that it works out. To their credit, the guy who came over to service the line was very polite. However, there is still no resolution to the problem.
Then one day our phone line was down and you could not call in. I infoed tech support and after some diagnosis declared that their lines are clean and that the problem must be with us. Yeah right. I live in a highrise and luckily through some convincing, I was able to enter the communications room with the building’s master key that is actually off-limits to everyone but PLDT. Well, it was a mess consisting of strands of cables, masking tape, open joints (talk about security), not updated directories, jumpers… just a rat’s nest really. We found out that there was a short on their side and we just fixed it up for them as PLDT was so adamant that all was ok with them. What a load of horse shit.
They pride themselves that they have a fat fiber pipe that provides the high rise with a stable connection. True enough, there was one, but when I asked PLDT to move me to another port on the switch that is not defective, he admitted that there were not enough left to do so. Great.
To cut things short: STAY AWAY FROM PLDT. Their marketing is great, but they do not walk the talk. All their touted speeds are limited only to their internal network and does not go beyond the country. If this were another country, they would already have been sued. In Canada, I have a 10Mbps link and not only do I connect to the provider at 1.2-1.3MB/sec, but a download from anyother site is 80-90% of the time in the 600-900kB/second range no matter where it is. So dont let PLDT tell you that it is not possible.

I have subscribed with the 999 DSL plan. Im download 80-90Kilo BYTES per second. Im from mandaluyong. Ranting does help unless you post your location. 3 months so far no problems. Slowest connection I had was around 60KiloBytes per second, that was during a sunday around 2 pm.

Hi, I’m currently subscribed to SmartBro but getting it disconnected due to their horrible service, it hasn’t been working for 2 weeks already and they can’t figure out why- apparently tons of people in the Alabang area have problems with this too. Is PLDT MyDSL just as bad???

PLDT sucks. They have been overcharging me. You know the Guild Wars promo last year? I availed it last March 27, 2006. It’s supposed to be charging me for 1 year only but until now they’re still billing me with that!
Another thing is I lost connection from July 23, 2007 to August 2, 2007 and it’s their fault because they already told us that the error was on their side (Loss of configuration or something like that). They told me that they will give me a rebate… but my billing came and they didn’t even deduct it!
I’ve been complaining to PLDT every year for 6 years already. I’m a PLDT myDSL Professional subscriber since 2001. That’s 3000 a month and they still have crap service.
PLDT sucks I wish I could bomb the corrupt people there.
oh and another thing… yeah i’m using the professional package… but my speed is just the same as their plan 999. sucks.
PLDT myDSL is good when it’s good but if you got problems like the connection dropping out for 2 or more days or the speed in terms of kb/s slows down then it’s BAD really BAD! I called 172 and the operator said to wait for a call well 6 hours has passed and no call. The thing is that my brother pays for this service but what do we get a service that is not smooth. Most of the time it’s fast but when the connection slows down it takes a lot of time to bring the speed back up. I usually play the waiting game because I assume, ‘hey maybe the speed will be back in no time’, but still it surely is a pain. What PLDT really needs is of course customer feedback. We the customers surely want to receive hourly or at least weekly updates on what is going on with the connection like if there is going to be any scheduled maintenance, news why the connection is slow or maybe just news on the status of the connectivity of each area in the Phils. Ain’t that a bright idea?

tumawag sa akin ang adsl maintenance today 0ct 23 2;00 OCLOCK darating daw siya naghintay ako nakatulog na nga ako 4;30 di pa rin dumating.anong klaseng usapan yun !!!!?sinukat ko ang speed ng adsl ko plan 999 ang speed ay 46 kbps mabilis pa yung modem,then nag test ako ngayong 7;30 pm 156 kbps samantalang adsl ang inaplayan ko di naman isdn .plan ko na ngang ipa putol ang adsl ko kung laging ganito na lang ang nangyayari kaya kayo bago kayo mag apply payo ko lang mag usisa muna kayong mabuti dahil magaling silang mambola ng costumer nila!!!!! magbago sana kayo ….mga pldt adsl personel…no corrupt pls nagbayad kami ng sakto kaya sana sakto rin ang gawin ninyong serbisyo at huag nyong ddayain pati speed ng adsl nyo… kala ko sa botohan lang may dayayan pati pala sa speed ng adsl may dayaan din mahiya naman kayo sa sarili nyo dahil pinapakain nyo sa pamilya nyo ang perang nagaling sa pandaraya !!!!! shit kayo!!!!!
nag test ako ng speed test ko sa glove quest 182.44 kbps then nag test ako sa pldt play portal 362 kpbs wow bigat pati speed test nandaraya pa mahiya naman kayo !!!!! mga inutil plan 999 ang inaplayan ko dsl at hindi isdn mga corrupt na magnanakaw!!!!!
Sobrang bulok talaga pldt , Since nag upgrade ako sa biz plan lagi na lang intermittent connection ko , tapos may time pang halos 1 month akong wlang connection , pero ang bill ko is almost the same parin ah halos walang nabawas ang galing pa nila maningil on time lagi pero pag provide ng service second to none. ginagawa ka pang inutil sa speed test nila malamang , pag nag test ka from your end to their access point mabilis duh! ( if may active connection ah which is rare ) eh pano ung from their access point to the rest of the world!! and one more thing scam yang free PC na yan bullshit 4 months na ko naghihintay la parin .
Mabagal talaga sa action ang pldt. Kinabit yung dsl ko yesterday and nawalan ako ng dial tone. sabi ng technician normal lang daw yun and itatawag lang nya para bumalik yung dial tone and ma-activate na yung dsl, 30 minutes lang daw ok. Until now, wala pa ring dial tone and hindi pa din activated ang dsl ko. Tinawagan ko yung technician to report the matter, sabi nya yung office na daw ang may concern nun. Hanggang sa pagkabit lang daw sila. Then I called up 171, di pa daw activated yung dsl ko. Baka daw nakalimutan nung itinawag ng technician sa kanila yday. Eh kung makalimutan ko din kaya magbayad? Puro lame excuses na lang ang naririnig ko sa kanila. is there a way that this can be relayed to higher authorities? At least pag may pressure from above, kikilos na ang PLDT. We need Customer Empowerment people!
PLDT MyDSL plan xperience 999 nung una speed ko mga 150 kbps pero nung tumagal tagal naging 20 kbps na… minsan 5kbps na lang!!!

This goes to show that some some ISP namely PLDT doesn’t provide honest service to their clients, here in Davao City most of my friends are subscribing or had subscribed to BayanDSL, obviously because PLDT myDSL sucks, they say that you only got to pay 999 but it turns out that there are a lot of hidden payments essentially ballooning your bill up to 1k+, so to sum it all up, they really do SUCK! Good thing I’m subscribe to BayanDSL…

Pag nawalan kayo ng connection ganto ang gawin nyo. Pumunta kayo sa pinamalapit na PLDT business center at sigawan ang sinumang maabutan nyo. I-reklamo ang napakabagal na service nila at sabihing nagbabayad kayo tapos wala naman silang ginagawa. Sa araw din na yun ay magkakaroon kayo ng connection. It works for me. Hehe.

parang ung akin sobrang bagal ayaw talaga magbukas ng kahit anung website.. pero nung dumating pinsan ko na may dalang computer tapos dun pinasok ung dsl aun sobrang bilis 856kbps!!!
so hindi pldt mydsl ung may problema kundi ung motherboard… kahit ireformat mo pa hard disk mo hindi un ung problema kundi motherboard…

Dude, no offense pero probably may problem ung mother board mo pero that does not mean that pldt’s service does not suck.. how would you explain the constant unavailability of their so called service? kahit mabagal understandable naman up to a certain point. Pero wag lang mawawala ng 1 month! Also has anyone encountered their connection to get cut off when they reach a certain download rate? I almost always get disconnected whenever I download from itunes especially when my throughput reaches around 100+ Kbps.
hay naku… im using a CORE 2 duo 2.4GHz with a whooping 2GB of ram and 500GB of hard disk.. im an I.T. and Comscie student.. kaya sigurado ako na wlang poblema ang PC ko at napakabilis nitoo way back my previous Broadband from SmartBro . nireregret ko ang pag switch ko sa PLDT My DSL bundled plan 990.. LUGING LUGI kami..

Bago ka mang gago, tingnan mo muna ang company nyo, anong arrest??? anong traced IP Address??? gago… ano to martial law??? hoy! kupal hindi ito amerika na pwede ang ganoong taktika, mga bulaang propeta, magaling lang kayo mag lagay ng mabilis na DSL sa mga malalaking kumpanya, pero kapag mga small/ medium business mga wala na kayong kwenta. sana mag buo tayo ng grupo para sugpuin ang malaking sindikato na to, sa tingin ko dapat nang malaman ng NTC itong kagaguhan at kabobohan na pinag gagagawa ng PLDT. dati na akong nabiktima nyan, nalugi ang shop dahil 2 months na akong walang internet, nakabawi ako ng magpalit ako ng Bayan DSL, kaya malaki ang galit ko sa PLDT, imbes na i rebate yung bills namin, 20,000 pesos pa ang sinisingil sa akin, mga putang ina nyo pano ko babayaran yun eh! wala nga akong internet ng two months, tapos may print screen pa ko ng time ng dc at walang kwentang speed ng dsl at gumawa pa ako ng formal report para maging maayos yung rebate, at nagpa tulong pa ako sa kaibigan ko na taga pldt na wala ding silbi, yun pala hindi nyo rin iintindihin. kaya tama lang na itanim ko ang modem, splitter at ang phone sa kangkungan… so yun lang PLDT SUCKS BIGTIIIIMMEEEEE!!!!!
I believe you guys..PLDT SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! nampucha simula ng kinabit dsl ko NEVER ako na-satisfy sa CONNECTION at CUSTOMER SERVICE nila!!!! nagbabayad ka ng maayos pro ang servivce nila sobrang wlang kwenta!!! twing umaga lagi napuputol dsl ko…babalik after 30secs- 1 min then after mga 10mins gnun ule! ilang beses ko n nireklamo s customer svc nila at sympre ang sagot ay wlang kupad na “we’ll take note of your problem at ginawaan na namin ng report yan.” magaantay ka ng isang linggo pra ano??? pra tawagan lang ng outbound tech agent nila na hindi rin kaya ayusin ang reklamo mo!!! de puta!!! prang ayoko na nga bayaran to at pakabit na lang me bayantel kasi lilipat na din ako. kelangan lang talga may sumulat sa NTC pra ireklamo ang lintek na PLDT na yan. ang lakas ng loob mg todo advertisement un pla d nman nila kaya suportahan clients nila at ayusin service nila. ilang beses ako nawalan phone at dsl and if would count that siguro mga halos 1 month un pro wla man lang rebate or anything that would make me feel na they’re doing their best to give the best service. HOY KUNG DI NYO KAYA SERBISYOHAN MARAMING CUSTOMERS, WAG NA KAYO MGPA-APPLY SA NEW SUBSCRIBERS!!! and i will definitely BADMOUTH PLDT to all my friends, my friends” friends, and so on…laht ng makakausap ko i kkwento ko kung gano kayo kabulok! im also in biz and i know that the only way to retain your customers is to deliver the best customer service. kayo hindi na nga best as in WALA PANG CUSTOMER SVC!!!
Hey guys, I have been a subscriber of PLDT since July 2007 but I was and never be happy about their service. I constantly have interrupted service and I tried to apply for a rebate for their downtime. Alot of the downtimes are not qualified for the rebate according to the “company policy” which I don’t aggree because as the words suggest, company policy should only between the company and it’s employees, not between the company and the subscribers.
This might sound crazy but PLDT installed two DSL lines for me para macompare ko ang speed and a connection to choose from kung saan ang mas stable na connection. So, I monitor the speeds using the “2″ pldt speed tests they got, one is from this site: http://210.5.68.202/speed/ and the other is from this site: http://www.pldtplay.com/speed/initialmeter.php Both gives me different results. OK lang sana kung ang results na kokonti lang ang deperensya but it’s totally different speeds. Sa pldt play na ip address lang, the computer which is connected to the supposed to “faster connection”, mabagal ang speed na nakaregister sa pldt play while the other line which is connected to the older system, registers a much faster speed. Pero kung ang pldtplay.com ang gamit, it says otherwise. The connection which has suppose to have a higher speed registers a much higher download speed according to pldtplay.com but the other line registers a slower connection.
This only shows that PLDT has double standards and tinanong ko to sa 171 and 172 aagents nila, di rin nila masagot sagot. What I am trying to relay here base in my opinion is that PLDT speed tests is being manipulated for the subscribers to believe that they are getting the speed they applied for. One funny thing is that, every time I call 171 or 172, every agent that I talked to tells me to go to the speedtest.net and “singapore” server. This is quite fishy here. why don’t they trust the PLDT speed test and why singapore server? Another reason for me to believe that they have double standards.
My advise sa lahat ng pldt subscribers: Keep a log kung kailan kayo tumawag sa 171 or 172 (log the date and time and the name of the agent you talked to, the ID number of the agent and the problem ng connection nyo), so, para pag nag apply kayo ng rebate, you also have the records and for future reference.
I really hope that we all stand together against PLDT and file a class action suit para matauhan na ang pldt.
I have more bad experiences to share with you guys about PLDT but I will share them next time. I have to lay out my story. And till now, my battle against PLDT is still going on…
And another thing. For everybody’s information - I learned that a lot if not all of their technical head supervisors are not qualified. When I say, not qualified, they don’t hold a degree of computer engineering, electronics communications engineering, network engineering or the like. But I can name a few who hold the same position but a graduate of MECHANICAL ENGINEERING. What the heck is he doing as a technical supervisor? PLDT deals with communications and not automotive machineries. This might be the reason why the PLDT system is so f*cked up since they don’t invest properly for a qualified engineers to do the work, instead, they hire people and train them and pay less.
Now, we, as consumers can feel how terrible the service of PLDT. What else we can do? there’s no other choice. SMART, GLOBE are worst - as far as I know and my inquiry about their DSL.
Most of the filipinos I noticed just agree to what PLDT has told them. Most of the PLDT customers don’t know what the “real” speed is. Since we were used to the dial up, having a 256 Kbps connection seems to work fine for most filipinos. Since most don’t have anything to compare to for the real fast speed internet, the only thing that most of us can compare is the dial up connection. But once you have experienced the real fast internet connection especially if you have been to countries with really high speed internet, then, you will totally agree with me that the internet connection of PLDT is slow and they are charging their customers with a sky high monthly charges.
I have never seen such incompentence in my life. I was only paying $45 for my internet connection and I had a whooping 10Mbps then. Now that ISP provider upgraded their speed to 20Mbps according to the news I’ve read. So, what’s up with PLDT? PLDT can’t even deliver a consistent speed of 3 Mbps. Most of the speed they can deliver is ~1Mbps for plan professional which will cost you P3000 and that’s roughly almost $90.
And I don’t agree to what most of us including PLDT to say - “well, this is Philippines…”
If we have that kind of attitude, I don’t see any improvement for Philippines.
good god… and here i thought i was the only one experiencing problems..
everytime i call theyr tech support they make it sound like its my pc that got the problem, and here i find the same complaints i have leveled agaist pldt! talk about bad business. i hope some other ISP will take up the challenge and force PLDT into bankruptcy!
Bakit ganood nka subscribe ako sa plan 3000 ng pldt DSL bussiness type kya max ng 2mbps lang last year maayos nmn ung serbisyo nila pero nang nagparenew kami ng contrata for another 1 year biglang pumangit ang serbisyo lagi dc at mabagal ang connection, wala akong tiwala sa speed meter nila sa mypad.net….
hayzz.. nalulugi na ata ako d2 sa shop namin. biruin mo, 3hours nag hihintay ang customer sa pc na lahat naka on lang ang pc habang nag hihintay ng connection ng DSL.. aw.. umaandar ang meralco pero ang DSL hindi.. lugi me sa koryente punyeta.. wala nbang paraan eto? tagal ko na tinatawag sa kanila eto pero ang palaging sagot nila. ok naman daw ang connection at stable daw.. hayyzzz
uu nga uu nga.. ok nga ang connection pero ang sabi ko speed ang problema hindi connection.. na getz ba nila ako.. parang nakikipag talo pa nga sakin yung isang customer service nila eh.. na hindi daw sa speed ang problem baka raw mababa spec ng pc ko.. anak ng pating.. nakak laro ako ng cabal ph online game na walang lag or video error tapos mababa pa spec ng pc ko.. eh ang problem nga Disconnected me palagi eh hindi crush down ng program.. hayzz..
wala na me magagawa eh.. hindi ko naman ugali ang mag mura sa phone or mangaway dahil wala din ako alam sa mga connection nila.. pero sana magawan nila ng paraan para naman may silbi ang pag bayad ko sa kanila. mahal kaya tapos wala kanamang napapala.. aw.. palai ako dedo sa moobs nito..
