The pre-order page on Globe’s website may have been taken down but the promo page is still up and indicates only “100 units” are allocated for pre-order. Since we know it’s not official out yet, that 100 units on the counter looks like a placeholder number for now.
But even if that were the case, the design gives us an impression that the reservations will be for just 999 units or lower. Just look at that page below.
We’re still anticipating the launch of the iPhone 4S within December and if this is any indication, I think Globe is just waiting for Apple’s cue for the exact date.

Howdy great website! Does running a blog like this require a large amount of work?
I’ve very little understanding of computer programming but I had been hoping
to start my own blog in the near future.
Anyhow, should you have any ideas or techniques for new blog owners please share.
I know this is off subject but I simply needed to ask.
Thanks a lot!

Yes I agree. There are many sellers of unlocked iPhone 4 already here in the Philippines. I am even planning to buy online as I agree with the price.
Michael Sagaran says:
I think iPhone 4s will also be available in Smart sometime this December, though I got mine in Apple Hong Kong – factory unblocked at much cheaper price versus Philippines (Check out Apple Hong Kong website)

WickedMan says:
I don’t see any advantages of buying this expensive locked version from Globe. Lots of online sellers are selling the factory unlocked iPhone 4S for 37,500 or even lower.

i remember the blackberry playbook fail… days have passed and still a number of units are left hahahahahaha and also the samsung galaxy note having to extend the promo period since there weren’t too many orders placed.
siri works but not for local information like restaurants and stuff.
via says:
that or the number is just there to make people scramble to pre-order the supposed units left.
Max says:
To those who have iphone 4s, does siri works in the philippines? if yes i might buy one but if not i might have to wait for iphone 5.
Jill says:
