Had a short meeting with reps of Globe this afternoon to talk about their My Fully Loaded Plan, a new postpaid scheme that allows subscribers to choose consumable amount, up to 9 freebies and a selection of handsets.
Since June 29, Globe introduced a new set of base plans, starting with consumable amounts.
Step 1: Pick a Plan
Plan 299 – Php299USD 5INR 432EUR 5CNY 37 consumable per month
Plan 499 – Php499USD 9INR 721EUR 8CNY 62 consumable per month
Plan 999 – Php999USD 17INR 1,443EUR 16CNY 124 consumable per month
Plan 1799 – Php1799USD 31INR 2,599EUR 29CNY 223 consumable per month
Plan 2499 – Php2499USD 43INR 3,610EUR 41CNY 310 consumable per month
Plan 3799 – Php3799USD 65INR 5,488EUR 62CNY 471 consumable per month
Each plan has a corresponding number of freebies (up to 9) that you can choose from among 6 choices.
Step 2: Pick a Monthly Freebie
A. Free Calls (10 minutes) and Free SMS (200) to Globe/TM number.
B. Free Calls (5 minutes) and Free SMS (25) to other Networks
C. Free IDD Calls (20 minutes) and Free SMS (10) to 10 countries*
D. Free Mobile Internet Surfing (3 hours)
E. Free Super One Unlimited Call & Text to 1 Globe/TM Number
F. Free Super Surf
Plan 299 – Pick 1 Freebies between A to D
Plan 499 – Pick 2 Freebies between A to D
Plan 999 – Pick 3 Freebies between A to E
Plan 1799 – Pick 5 Freebies between A to E
Plan 2499 – Pick 7 Freebies between A to E
Plan 3799 – Pick 9 Freebies between A to E (or get F only)
The Freebies are recurring every month and you can combine any of the choices. For example, if I am on Plan 1799 — I can pick 2 x A, 2 x E and 1 x C. Or, I can just pick 5 x A to get 50 free minutes and 1,000 free SMS.
The catch here is that you can actually change your freebies every month. All you need to do is call the hotline and ask that you want to change your monthly freebies to another set you like.
Step 3: Pick a Free Handset
You can get a Nokia 1680 on Plan 299 or get an iPhone 3GS on Plan 3799.
Here are some real-world scenarios for a My Fully Loaded Plan:
Plan 299 = Php299USD 5INR 432EUR 5CNY 37 usable credits + 200 SMS + 10 minutes call [Freebie A] = ~ Php560USD 10INR 809EUR 9CNY 69 value
Plan 499 = Php499USD 9INR 721EUR 8CNY 62 usable credits + 2 * (200 SMS + 10 minutes call) [2 * Freebie A] = ~Php1,000USD 17INR 1,445EUR 16CNY 124 value
Plan 999 = Php999USD 17INR 1,443EUR 16CNY 124 usable credits + 3 * (200 SMS + 10 minutes call) [3 * Freebie A] = ~Php1,800USD 31INR 2,600EUR 29CNY 223 value
The My Fully Loaded Plans are basically your G-Flex Plan + Freebies.
Globe has started migrating to this new Subscription Plans and offer it to new and existing subscribers. One can stick with their existing plan or move into this new plan anytime.
* Countries include US, Canada, Guam, Hawaii, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Thailand
** Plan 299 and Plan499 can get (E) Super One using the Php100USD 2INR 144EUR 2CNY 12 consumable amount.
*** Freebies and consumable amount have a 30 day term from activation period and expires at end of billing cycle.

Why don’t Globe people make up their minds? Ha-ha
mponteres says:
@abeolandres nice move from globe… btw, do you have any idea why iPhone 3Gs only available on prepaid from their website?
geneyus says:
I stared at their brochure last week for 15 minutes trying to understand it… gave up! Its too confusing!
JM says:
What, you have to call their hotline to change your freebies? Has Globe tried using their hotlines?! SERIOUSLY. I was all nods reading through the offer until I landed on this one. MAJOR FAIL!
Teknisyan says:
nose bleed!! :)
I guess Globe is trying to test the waters for new plans and see which of these plans will cater to the “madlang people”
Looks like plan Plan 299 up to Plan 499 – Plan 999 will appeal to college students while the rest of the plans for yuppies and the working group.

loadex says:
at P299.. it seems prepaid is better. the 200 free text and 10 minutes call (choosing freebie A) is more expensive.
a prepaid 300 can give 200 text ALL network pa, and more than 10 minutes kung i-compute natin yung remaining 100 pesos na natitira.
nexus3g says:
this madness does not appeal to me. what are those freebies? 10 minutes free call? 25 free text messages? come on..
would you guys know if the consumable amount can be converted to their Duo service?
for instance, Plan 999 consumable, convert P450 for super duo, remaining amount for unlitext like those in prepaid.
Ardz says:
Are existing subscribers within the lock in period allowed to switch to this new plans?
hubes says:
@ loadex, i think in plan 299 you can use 299 pesos worth of consumables (text, calls, internet, etc) plus you get to choose freebies you need.
Kinny says:
This is ridiculous! Package A and B are laughable. Why not stick to prepaid which gives better deals and lets you use your credits the way you want? They should not have phased out their GPlans and GFlex.
299 for 10 mins calls and 200 texts Globe to globe OR 5 mins and 25 texts other NW’s? How pathetic is that?! Oh and don’t forget the prepaid rates for going over meager limit.
The smart thing to do is get prepaid of all networks and a triple sim phone if you don’t like carrying multiples. Calling will be so much cheaper.
markmarcelo0210 says:
Hmmm… i still prefer Globe’s MY SUPER PLAN.
nexus3g says:
they can go ahead and offer these not-so fully loaded plans. but please, don’t phase-out the G-plan and G-flex plans! if they insist, it’s got to be Globe’s BIGGEST mistake ever. i hope i’m wrong.
Jedd says:
I have never seen a more idiotically designed promo than this. It seems like it was made to purposefully confuse the customer. What would Steve Jobs say
Christopher Quijano says:
I don’t know what I can say about their new plans, my understanding is unlike before (the old plans) that they give consumable amount + free text / free minutes + free text, now its consumable amount + pick a ‘freebie’. Mas maganda ata na tawagin na addon nalang.
Confusing at first, pero nakita ko yung idea that Globe is introducing. Its being ‘flexible’.
BTW, telcos are now lowering their lowest plans now ah. From plan P500, now we see going back to plan 299 (or 250 for sun – only on the provinces).
Jiro Yan says:
The good in this is its consumable.. Unlike to regular plan that all charges is on top of the bill.
Calvin says:
@kinny, aside from that you can still get the P299 consumable. so parang prepaid din pero with your own choice of freebies per month.
Jaypee says:
Hmm although the ad says consumable plans, is it really fully consumable? Take note that their previous GFlex Plans says “All-Consumable” but if a gflex subscriber, for example, registered to superduo (that’s P499), the P499 fee will be charged on top of the MSF and will not be part of the consumable plan. Will these Fully Loaded Plans follow the same mechanics?
Arvee says:
@loadex you’re getting this totally wrong :)
That’s just the plan’s freebie. So let’s say you chose Plan 299:
That’s P299 worth of consumable credits + 200 free texts + 10 minutes worth of call to Globe/TM.
For P299, you get around P560 worth of credits. That’s supposed to be enough for average users who, let’s say, sends a total number of 10 texts/day and calls someone only for emergency situations.
To sum it all up, if you’re a prepaid subscriber who accumulates and uses up a total of P300 reload credits/month, tapos puro Globe ang contacts mo, sulit na din to.
But other call and text promos are way more reasonable, like for example, immortal15 gives you 50 texts + 5 mins. of calls, just for P15.
Jaypee says:
Here’s their brochure:

Abe Olandres says:
Here are some real-world scenarios for a My Fully Loaded Plan:
Plan 299 = Php299 usable credits + 200 SMS + 10 minutes call (Freebie A) = ~ Php560 value
Plan 499 = Php499 usable credits + 400 SMS + 20 minutes call (2 * Freebie A) = ~Php1,000 value
Plan 999 = Php999 usable credits + 600 SMS + 30 minutes call (3 * Freebie A) = ~Php1,800 value
The My Fully Loaded Plans are basically your G-Flex Plan + Freebies.
Jiro Yan says:
Hope its totally consumable. Sa Regular Plan kasi if you use share-a-load, subscribe to DUO, Subscribe to Unlimited text.. All of that will be on top of MSF.
Andre Marcelo-Tanner says:
WTF just make it all free and charge 1 rate.
ipad case says:
you know… i tried reading them , but is damn confusing… face palming
imitator101 says:
so many confused people.. Globe needs to do a better job at communicating/phrasing their offers
the peso amount is supposed to be consumable. it’s on top of all those free texts and calls. in other words a plan is like this:
MONEY + Freebies
299 + (1 freebie)
499 + (2 freebies)
etc.
what freebies you can choose from depends on how much your plan is
Jaypee says:
@Jiro Yan
I agree. Baka another GFlex plan lang ‘yan where those VAS are billed on top of the MSF.
Abe Olandres says:
@Ardz – yes, it’s allowed as long as its an equivalent of higher plan.
Kinny says:
Thanks for clearing things up guys. It was really confusing the heck outta me. It seems a whole lot better now.
Called Globe CSR and he did say registering to SUPERDUO, SUPERTXT, DUO etc. will go ON TOP of your bill. If you register to MySuper one it will be deducted from your consumables and that will be considered your freebie for the month for plan 299.
Good news: 1. At least plan 299 has roaming unlike smart Gold Lite’s 300 and 500 plans. 2. add on’s like Superduo will be charged old postpaid rates unlike Superplan that charges like prepaid. Ex. Superduo 499, Supertxt 299 for Fully loaded plan
nexus3g says:
so ITS NOT FULLY CONSUMABLE coz when you subscribe to Super Duo, it is charged ON TOP of the monthly service fee.
nexus3g says:
if you are on PLAN 3799 with free iPhone, you get free SuperSurf. if you really need Super Duo which is P450 on top of the plan, the monthly service fee amounts to P4,249
nexus3g says:
i’ve seen the brochure, grabe it’s SO CONFUSING! hahaha
roan carl says:
wala bang ibang model ang globe heheheh…
hubes says:
I like these new flex plans now. Before kasi the lowest glex plan is plan 800. now its only 299.
Cy says:
Hindi po kaya ito mas mahal? Confuse parin ako dito.Iba pa pala ung MySuper Plan.
Jaypee says:
@hubes
Yeah. Once my contract ends (although Feb. next year pa ‘yun), I’m planning of downgrading my GFlex 800 to Plan 299
nexus3g says:
i used to be on G-plan 2,500 then after the lock-in period, i downgraded to G-Mix 800 plus SuperDuo. with the new plan, i’m planning to further downgrade to Plan 299 plus SuperDuo. yahooo!
ben says:
geez its a nosebleed indeed. ill stick with my plan with rebate and just go home like i did not read this globe promo.
loadex says:
salamat sa nag-clarify, naintindihan ko na yung new plan nila.
In that case.. sulit yung P299.. plus whatever freebies that suits the user.
Ayaw lang talaga nila na mag-offer ng unlimited ala Sun ha… But the monthly is somewhat competitive na.
Minsan kase sa daming pagpipilian, mas nalilito yung consumer. Sa halip na ma-appreciate, lalong umaayaw!
nexus3g says:
sablay lang siguro ang marketing arm nila.
Rosemary says:
Should I now leave the safety and freedom of prepaid and succumb to 299/month? This may be worth maintaining if just for the unlimited and automatic roaming.
There is nothing worse than being abroad and moving from country to country for work only to find out your Php3,500 worth of load was eaten up by several roaming charges after only 5 days and some text messages.
This may be the answer to my prayers.
Eric says:
This i like. I’ll get the 299 plan. Nothing worse than car breaking down in the middle of nowhere and realized you’re out of load.
Jaypee says:
I really like the Plan 299. Too bad I’m still under contract and still got 7 months to go before my contract ends. All I can do for now is an upgrade or lateral change. But count me in for Plan 299. FTW!!
Nik says:
Type ko ito ah. I don’t use my Globe phone as much as I used to.
Halimbawa I downgrade to Plan299+Freebie A, tapos nag-share-a-load ako. Will it be correct to assume that it will be charged against my 299 instead of on top of my MSF?
Coco Palm Sugar says:
@Nik
I had the same question. I just got off the phone and downgraded my service plan to P299, parang mas sulit sa akin ito eh.
According to the agent, it will be deducted from your P299 credit, and not on top of your MSF. Further, any service fees is first deducted against any available credits. I asked if this includes, for example, any add-on service like Duo and she answered in the affirmative.
For example, you’re on Plan 999 and and availed of Super Duo which is P499 per month, you still have P500 worth of consumable credits available for use.
Agent reminded me that I cannot revert to my old plan any more.
Jaypee says:
@Nik and Coco
Strange, I also asked that sa CS hotline nila and to their FB globe agent and they said that it will be charged on top of the MSF.
I assume that what they told me was correct since, like GFlex which is also a consumable postpaid plan, those services are charged on top of the MSF.
Jaypee says:
Kakatawag ko lang uli sa hotline nila and the agent told me that VAS/promos such as the one I mentioned on my post above will be charged on top of the MSF. So if for you’re on Plan 299 and you availed of Superduo, your bill will be 299+499 (assuming you did not exceed the 299 consumable part for calls,texts, internet).
Coco Palm Sugar says:
@Jaypee
Is that so? Then I was mis-informed.
In any case, even if it’s charged on top of your MSF I think I get better value for money out of this.
In the old plan, your MSF is effectively theirs already, with some minutes and free sms thrown in. Now, you can get free minutes and/or sms, etcetera, and you get to consume that MSF.
Jaypee says:
@Coco
Yes, unfortunately VAS are charged on top of the MSF.
Anyway, I still like these new plans basically because of the lowest consumable plan which is now available which is plan 299. Unlike the previous GFlex plans, the lowest is Plan 800 (the other lower plans are just extension plans).
I envy you coco. I’m still under contract for the next 7 months that’s why I still can’t downgrade my current plan hehe.
Ardz says:
@Coco
Based on my experience as a GFlex subscriber, not all VAS and promos are charged on top of the MSF. For example, the IDD promo using the 12800 prefix can be availed using your consumable. I think those unlimited promos such as super duo and those that can be misused such as share-a-load are on top of the consumable amount. To be certain, just go a Globe wireless center nearest to your location. Don’t bother with the CSRs because most of the time, they are not updated.
Jem says:
I was trying to avail of this plan, and was asking a customer representative from Globe if I can still use the 499 as a regular load, she told me that the Freebies will be the credits I’ll be using for the whole month… So I’ll be paying just for the freebies and handsets… She said yes and I backed out… She is so confusing!
SoNn says:
I was interested in this consumable plan until I was informed that using VAS such as 10 cents per second rate and 20/20 call are charged on top of the monthly fee. And since I already have a Sun postpaid line, I might opt to get a Globe prepaid nalang.
Jaypee says:
@Jem
You were misinformed by the CS rep from globe. The freebies are just that – freebies. So for plan 499, you have your freebies + 499 pesos worth of consumable amount for calls, texts, internet, share-a-load (not sure yet if share a load is part of the consumable since I’ve been getting conflicting answers from their representatives). But I’m pretty sure of the P499 consumable part.
@SoNn
The 10 cents per second is not charged on top of the MSF- it’s part of the consumable amount, I’m just not sure with the 20/20 call rate (tawag 236).
hubes says:
this is how globe makes money, by confusing us all. better get information in written form on what VAS is included as consumable and what VAS are charged on top. As far as I know, VAS like super plans are on top and VAS like the 232 per second charging is consumable.
T-bone says:
What my contact from Globe are telling me is that the amount in the plan is totally consumable. So if you subscribe to those promos (unlitext/calls, etc.) it will not be charged on top of your MSF but rather deducted or form part of the consumable amount. The freebies are totally free add-ons. That’s how I understand the mechanics that they gave me for the My Fullyloaded Plan.
Kim says:
try to visit Globe Store at Greenbelt 4. Very nice with live gadgets and demo phones.
shing says:
thanks for clearing things up :) i’ve been looking at their brochure for a long time already, since i’m interested with their 299 plan :D
i guess that plan’s good enough for me :)
Jaypee says:
Meron ba dito nag avail ng line only subscription for a Fully Loaded Plan? Did it come with a 1 year lock in period?
Jaypee says:
or any lock in period (for a line only subscription) for that matter?
T-bone says:
ngek, mali pala intindi ko… VAS still charged on-top of MSF… sorry.
Kinny says:
Jaypee
CSR told me that Line only subscriptions are just six months lock in. We just have to give a deposit of 1,000 which we can get back when we terminate the line.
Jaypee says:
@Kinny
Oh, their FB Customer representative told me that line only applications are not subject to any lock in period. Actually, nung una sabi nya may 1 year lock in period gaya nung GFlex/GPlans (which are now not being sold) line only subscriptions. Then after a few minutes, nag message uli sa akin ‘yung customer representative para icorrect ‘yung naunang info na ibinigay nya sa akin. Wala raw lock up period ang line only applications for these Fully Loaded Plans.
Anyway, I was a gflex subscriber (line only- 1 year lock in period). Pinamigrate ko na to Fully Loaded Plan 999 ang account ko. Pero since under pa ako ng lock in period, magtutuloy pa ‘yung remainder ng lock in period ko sa bagong plan ko ngayon.
Kinny says:
Jaypee
Talaga? Thanks Jaypee. Now i really will get a 299 postpaid for roaming and select friends line purposes.
Jaypee says:
Yup Kinny. Go for plan 299. If I were a new subscriber, I’d also get that plan. The thing is, I’m still under the 1 year lock in period (still got 7 months to go before my contract expires) that’s why I am not yet allowed to downgrade. I just migrated my gflex 800 plan to fully loaded plan 999. =)
alfred says:
ok. let me do some help here, call me at 9319374 and we’ll talk about plan 299.
caitlin says:
hi! just want to ask if possible ba mag-avail ng fully loaded plan na 299 (line only) then add ko yung my superduo nila (unlimited landline and globe to globe)? thanks.
Jaypee says:
@caitlin
Yup pwede ‘yun.
jerjer says:
I think I get it.
For example subscribed to Plan 299 + Freebie A.
That means magkakaroon ako ng 299 REGULAR LOAD + 10mins/200txts.
Tama ba kuya YUGA??
;) Great plan! Sana pwede sa wala pang income.
Jaypee says:
@jerjer
Tama ‘yan
steph says:
Hi. Does anyone know if you can avail of Blackberry supersurf on the fully-loaded plan 299? I read in one of Globe’s FAQs that you need to have a minimum plan 500 to avail of BB supersurf plans….while in ANOTHER Globe FAQ, it says ANY Globe postpaid plan may avail of the BB plan. Ano ba talaga? Does anyone have first-hand experience with this combination? Thanks!
Mikko says:
I’m tempted to get the 1799 fully loaded plan that offers 5k cash out for the Iphone 3Gs 8GB. At the same plan lumalabas mas mura pa yung Iphone kaysa yung E72.
Still thinking of I’ll use up all the freebies for mobile internet. That would be 15 hours of free mobile internet every month.
Chex says:
So if example I subscribed for like unlitxt20 or sulitxt it will be charged on my 299plan? It really is quite confusing
Chex says:
Having a line means u dnt have to pass thru the hassle of going to loading stores anymore. Howevr loading is stl cheaper coz like in autoload40 I get 50% free txt..
AJ says:
I was planning to get the plan 499. Do they accomodate students? And will they allow me to get the BlackBerry 8520, how much money do you guys think will I pay out? Thanks :)
Sharlene says:
Would you know if there’s a holding period after you avail of a fully-loaded plan?
For example, I get the 299 plan today and in another month, I decide I want to upgrade to the 499 plan. Is this situation possible or would I have to wait for a longer period of time (2 years? Assuming this is the length of their holding period)?
Also, would it work the other way around? 499 then downgrade to 299?
Thank you.
nadine says:
confuse people!!! to now more about the promo all you need to dial is 211 from your phone and follow the prompt to know detail per detail about the new promo of GLOBE…
it’s my first time to open the plan and its a great thing that they offer this kind of plan in order to passify our convenience in making calls and txting…
cathy says:
it’s really confusing…
how much do I have to pay if ever
I subscribe to Plan 499
for example? kasi they have
a plan but having a value din,
meaning I still have to pay
those FREEbies? diba kaya nga
sila FREE no payment at all?
so If I avail for plan499
how much will I pay for that month
or they were just letting the
people knoe the value so we
can be aware how cheaper it
would be? or pang catch lang yan?
kasi I have a plan on other
line/network.
meron silang pang “catch”
example they will say
you’ll just pay whatever plan
you choose,so in curiousity of
my mind I avail naman,I choose
for example plan 120? example lang yun
thought I was going to pay 120 for
month lang,though i use line/plan
tipid padin ako for texting
calling from other network,
but after i paid my initial
payment na 120,di na bumaba ulit
yung bill ko it’s always 200…
kahit anung tipid ko,I even bought
2 cp para I still have prepaids
gagamitin ko lang yung line/plan
ko for texting or calling for that
thesame network,but then nung
na-observe ko,kaya pala I
always pay for more than the
plan I avail kasi they were
just promoting the plan name
ang they did not indicate
if that was TAX INCLUSIVE or
EXCLUSIVE,kaya pala I always
pay for more than the plan I avail
so declined na yung ko na yun
ngayon,I’m planning for Globe
kaya i’m asking Hos was that
fully loaded plan works ba
talaga??
Thanks a lot!
Louie6380 says:
Hope there’s a way for Globe to inform My Fully Loaded subscribers a notification that they have consumed all their freebies so it won’t confuse them that they’re already going over their consumable amount…
Louie6380 says:
Does anyone have an idea how does the Free 3 hours surfing works for BlackBerry users? It’s quite confusing…
Christopher says:
@Louie6380:
For BB, its 150KB free allowance. So if you get the plan 499 and use the 2 freebee allocation for 3 hours internet surfing, for BB, you will get 300KB data allocation.
rail says:
@cathy i agree with your idea..based on my exeperience, i am G-Flex plan subcriber which is i am entitled for 20 mins call for globe to globe 500 sms to all networks. Since my plan is 500 i should only pay 500..but i almost pay 900 a month because my plan is not consumable..thats why i want to try the new offer of globe which is consumable plan you can now enjoy calls and text plus the freebies..hope i will pay exact of the 999 plan after enjoying freebies and the plan itself.
Jaypee says:
@rail
You might mean you are on gplan 500 and not glex because gplan/gtext has 500 20 mins call for globe to globe 500 sms to all networks and not gflex. A gflex plan is a consumable plan unlike a gplan.
Jaypee says:
Sorry. I should have typed “…because gplan/gtext 500 has 20 mins call for globe to globe 500 sms to all networks and not gflex.”
edhz says:
gud am… can you pls send me the list of cellphone (unit or pics. ) per plan?? because we are interested..thank you!!!
pay says:
hi,
im planning to apply for plan 499 + an iphone 4. when i went to the site, there’s an option to “Share consumable with up to 2 additional Globe numbers”. Does this mean that I can opt to share-a-load and it will be deducted on my credit instead of billed on top, provided that i share the load to either of the 2 numbers?
forgive me for the shallow understanding, but if this isn’t the case, i would appreciate your enlightenment. thanks.
Crave says:
@pay – I called Globe to ask about the “Share consumable” option but they said that this is only applicable to the “highest plans”. I think they are referring to the Platinum plans 5000 and 10000.
Has any one tried going to a Globe business center to get an iPhone 4 without reservation? Do we still need to go through the reservation process to get one?
Romnick says:
hi.
i just graduated and is not yet working.
i want to avail of the plan for i phone 4.
will they allow me to have the plan using only my bank account as proof of financial capacity?
i get remittances every month from my sister abroad. thank you…
martini says:
magagamit ba kaagad ang phone pag nag avail.. oh mag hhintay pa hanggang mabayran lahat..
Jamaica says:
gusto ko yung 499 + iPhone? pwede ba yun?

i got a fully loaded plan @ 499. hassle. First month ko pa lang inabot na ako ng P750. Questionable since hindi naman ako tawag ng tawag. atsaka ang freebie ko is yun unlimted call and text to one person and 200 free text to TM and globe subscribers.

Hi. I’ve recently upgraded my GTalk 1200 to the All New My Super Plan 1799. I availed:
1 Freebie A
1 Freebie B
3 Freebie D (9 hours Free Internet)
Now the CSR told me that I would need to shift from TIME browsing to KB browsing in order for the system to monitor my 9 hours free internet usage.
Now I’m confused with this arrangement since KB browsing measures volume of data (contrary to TIME browsing since it measures length of usage).
How will shifting to KB browsing be more beneficial for those who availed of Freebie D?
Also, once I’ve exhausted my 9 hours of free internet, I will be billed P0.15 per KB. Is it possible to shift to TIME browsing once I think and feel that I’ve used up my 9 hours free internet?
Please help. I don’t want to be shocked by my future Globe bills because of lack of support/information given by Globe representatives.
Thanks.

@Gregory
I upgraded my G-Flex 1200 to the All-New My Super Plan 1799 and got 2 Freebies B and 3 Freebies D (9hrs internet).
I was on TIME browsing since last year and before upgraded my plan. I’m currently on my 1.5 months on this new plan. After my regular cut-off of pro-rated amount between my old and new plan..I was shocked when i checked my unbilled charges, i was charged 6K++ for just internet. I called Globe and talked to a lot of CSRs and the last person told me to wait for the latest bill. I recently got a message from Globe to settle my bill (prorated amount of the new and old plan) and half of the current unbilled charges. I went to a Globe Center and talked to a rep, was told that after consuming the freebie D (internet) it’s set to KB Browsing and you couldn’t shift to TIME browsing until the freebie D is taken off…it was then I 1st heard of it and wasn’t disclosed to me when I applied to upgrade my plan. That was a total misinformation in the Ads…there is also no disclaimer about it. There is a disclaimer but that’s for BB units. FYI i’m not using Blackberry unit and was charged for it.

What exactly is included in the consumable amount? Are text messages to numbers like 2332 etc. (with a P2.50 rate or more) included in my plan or will it be billed on top of it? Thanks!

hello po,pardon me for my shallow understanding. i just availed the plan 999 all consumable. then pinili ko pong freebie yung free mobile surfing and yung unlimited call to one number. ask ko lang, how much will i pay monthly? and yung freebie FREE po ba yun? kasi FREEBIE ansabi ng globe eh. so i assume na its for free. thanks!

Sir, ask ko po lang, un inavail ko po plan 999 pwede bang un iregister sa mga unli call and text promos? thanks po

Bakit ganun yung computation sa real-world scenarios? Gaya nung Plan 299. Bakit naging Php560?
It’s just 299 consumable + FREEbie. Confusing.

@susan__
the answer is NO. No you can not deactivate the 400something in your fully loaded plan,especially if its part of your BB plan. It could be the BB max (which allows you to surfe evrything for free) of BB socials which allows you to surf on BB applications only, so better utilize your internet coz you will be charged for it whether you like it or not. Hope this helps : ))

@VERANOOB
the answer: the bill depends on your consumption. If its plan 999 consumable, its like having a regular load of 999 that you can use for texting, surfing and calling with regular charges, however you can not use them for unli features, you will be able to register to unli services which will be charge on top of your bill.
About your Freebies, YES they are absoulutely free. You will be able to call to one number without limit, and you will be able to surf the net with limited time, hope this helps : ))

@JAM
the answer is NO. If its consumable 999, unlinited services that you will register will be billed on top of your plan : ))

the answer: In the real world scenario, you will only pay the amount of plan that you availed. The author simply want to emphasize how cheaper it is or how practical it is to get a postpaid plan, coz you will pay a bit higher if it is on prepaid with exactly the same service. : ))

the answer: YEs! You can always upgrade your plan, but you can never downgrade if the lock in period or the contract hasn’t lapsed yet : ))
