Samsung Philippines showcased a number of their new monitors earlier today, including this 27″ 3D LED Monitor (S27950D) that comes with matching glasses.
And it’s got some pretty stylish design and curves too. This should let you watch 3D movies or play 3D games from your PC.
Samsung S27A950D
27″ LED display @ 1920 x 1080 pixels
Real 120Hz / 2ms (GTG) response time
Display port
2 x HDMI port
DVI port
1000:1 contrast ratio
300 cd/m2, Mega DCR
Suggested retail price is Php31,990 and is available now in stores. I know, quite expensive for a monitor but I guess it’s still got a niche market out there. Besides, I think this is the first 3D monitor of this size available locally so we can’t really compare.
i’m selling mine

You mentioned that this was available in stores, can you confirm where? Thanks
Will I need the 3D Vision Kit from NVidia? Or is the included 3D glasses enough?
ang pangit naman hehehe
Ano na kayang itsura niyan kapag naka wallmount na?
Nice price compare to Apple 27″ Cinema Display which is 51,990.
halos ka-presyo na ito ng dell ultra sharp lcd. ang pagkakaiba lang ay, 3d capable ito. hmmm
this is good, mejo kakaiba nga lang yung design…
Wow ganda, pero price pwede kna bumili ng 42 inch full hd tv
But spec’s wise ganda nito….
Nice specs and new design.
i could have used this for my ps3 to take advantage of its 3d capabilities.. but at that price.. hay.. maybe this december..
Parang sewing machine ang design.
size and specs are great pero un design copycat ng Acer S243HL BMII 24-inch Full HD…..im using 37 inches samsung full hdtv as my pc monitor and after a month parang ang liit na nia para sakin…hahaha
Hahaha! nice wind talk quake. . . peace!
what an envious way of reacting to someone’s comment….kelan pag naging wind talk ang pagsasabi ng totoo…ask people who have use bigger screen and im pretty sure they have same experience…grow up june!
i agree with quake. sa una lang mukhang malaki tingnan ang monitor. kahit anong size nyan.
tnkz clark!
i’ve been using 40 inch sony lcd tv as my monitor for two years now. for me its enough… however, i don’t believe that quake is just saying this to “wind talk”… napansin ko rin before na parang better pa kung bigger… pero hirap na ako sa workspace kung malaki pa…
Nice Price compare to Apple 27″ Cinema Display which is Php51,990.
Wow! Thats nice…I hope it can also convert non 3D to 3D hehehehe
@Ronald Redito: Yep, sanayan lang yan. Kami sa office we have 2 pcs 21 in LCD monitor…hehehe And that 27 would be great…pero for the price…nah…hehehehe
the size and specs are great, but the design looks real ugly
I agree. The design is ugly.
