sun-postpaid-memo

According to an advisory email sent to respective Sun Postpaid subscribers, effective November 1, all subscribers of Digitel Mobile Philippines, Inc. (DMPI) shall be transferred to Smart Communications, Inc. for services of their Sun Cellular telco. With this, there will a few changes when it comes to the billing and payment.

The monthly payment for the postpaid bill should be directed to Smart Communications Inc. Those who enrolled their account/s with automatic charging on their credit cards will have a new account number and an updated merchant/biller automatically. As for those who pays electronically, you’re advised to use the updated account number to be given and pay to Smart Communications to avoid delay and confusion with the payments.

With these changes, Sun says that this will not affect the postpaid services currently offered by the telco. If you’re a Sun Cellular postpaid subscriber, be sure to check out your email and be fully advised of this change.

    • 1 bar nalang ang signal mula nang magtransfer from sun to smart. Laging connection lost. Nag complain nako sa smart hotline. Sabi may upgrading daw dec.9 – 16

    • @Nerz Until the 16th daw? Sana nga by tomorrow OK na yung Sun signal, yun pa naman ang may malakas na signal sa area sa amin, better than Smart.
