As of the time of writing, Cherry Mobile has not released any details on when they plan to release their new budget-centric smartphone. But rest assured that we’ll give you guys a heads up once we word about it.
For those of you who are keeping count, the CM Flare Dash is the 55th smartphone that the company released since Q22013. Check out what other smartphones they’ve released in our previous post.
Erratum: The previous version of this post states that the screen of the CM Flare Dash is “4-inch HD IPS display, 1280×720 @293ppi”. We apologize for the misinformation and we’ve already updated the article to reflect the correct specification.

Em says:
Correction. QHD not QVGA. I hope it does come out with an HD display. This might be the best bang for bucks phone Cherry Mobile had since the Original Flare and the Flare HD.
em bobo says:
ang bobo mo! baka qHD hindi QHD! ang QHD or 2k display ay flagship yan ng mga big companies . tanga pa correcrion2 pa hindi naman alam ang pinagkaiba qHD sa QHD haaha!
Em says:
I think you’ve computed the display’s ppi wrong, ?(1280²x720²)÷4 = 367.15 ppi. The listed 293 ppi is way to low for a 4-inch HD screen. …Or did Cherry Mobile made a “mistake” again by deliberately listing a higher specced screen than what it really comes with. A 4-incher with 293 ppi sounds awful lot like an FWVGA or QVGA display.
