Apart from the P9, Huawei has also announced a bigger version of it dubbed as the P9 Plus.
Basically, Huawei bumped up the screen size to 5.5-inches from the 5.2-inches of the standard P9. Resolution is the same at Full HD or 1920 x 1080 pixels but it’s pressure sensitive, something similar to the 3D Touch of the iPhone 6S, called Press Touch. The processor is Kirin 955 running at a maximum clock speed of 2.5GHz paired with 4GB of RAM. Storage is very spacious at 64GB.
Since it’s a P9, it still has the dual-lens setup co-developed with Leica. We have a dual 12-megapixel sensor at the back which has a pretty complex technology that should level up mobile photography including an RGB and a monochrome setup, hybrid autofocus, and a 6-piece optics. Although, the front-facing camera gets an upgrade to an autofocus system and an f/1.9 aperture.
Being a larger device, the P9 Plus have a bigger 3,400mAh battery plus a dual-IC Rapid Charge tech through it’s USB Type-C port. Also, Huawei added an IR blaster on top.

40k+ for a “huawei”? No.
Regohn says:
The social media link on the left side of the screen is really annoying. Nawawalan ako ng gana magbasa ng website ninyi
Aaron Dave Abante says:
40K and no 4K video recording. Pa-iPhone 6 lang ang peg? Must be the chipsets fault. Its a must for a flagship device.
Easy E says:
Who consumes 4k on a daily basis anyway? Upload mo sa social media idodowngrade din. I play mo sa tv, 4k ba tv mo? Sa small screen naman mapapansin mo pa ba kung full HD or 4k? No reason for 4k bro unless you’re a serious professional videographer. Just my opinion.
