In addition to the Galaxy Note 3, Samsung will be rolling out an Android KitKat update to more than a dozen Galaxy devices starting today. Head past the break to see if your device is amongst the selected few which will receive this sweet treat.
Here’s the shortlist of devices that’ll get the KitKat update:
• Galaxy Note II
• Galaxy S4
• Galaxy S4 Mini
• Galaxy S4 Active
• Galaxy S4 Zoom
• Galaxy S3
• Galaxy S3 Mini
• Galaxy Mega
• Galaxy Light
• Galaxy Note 8.0
• Galaxy Tab 3
• Galaxy Note 10.1
• Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition
Just what we mentioned last month, the upcoming update will bring all the things that Android KitKat has to offer, plus something extra on the side that Samsung likes to add on top of the basic stuff.
As always, the roll out will vary from region to region so we might not get the update immediately. Nevertheless, it’s great that Sammy didn’t forget to include some of their non-flagship devices to the mix. Hopefully, the firm will add more devices in the future.

Sana ganyan din ang support ng ibang manufacturers. I heard magastos daw yang process ng ganyan sa side ng manufacturer (from an Alcatel engineer) kaya yung ibang manufacturers ay pinababayaan nang hindi mag-update ng OS version.

Samsung has all the right and authorithy to slap premium prices on their handsets kasi may rason…tingnan mo pati jurassic na S3 may kitkat din…dito sumasablay ang LG at HTC….premium price na nga wala pang update..
