A report emerged claiming a possible HarmonyOS release for PCs in 2024.
As spotted by ithome via Weibo, former Huawei exec Wang Chenglu hinted a possible PC version of Huawei’s operating system.

A fellow Weibo user asked if there will be HarmonyOS for PC, and Chenglu simply replied “Yes.”
Chenglu was the former Consumer BG Software Engineering Dept President and AI and All-scenario Intelligence Business Unit Director at Huawei. He has been a key researcher behind the development of Huawei’s software, including the creation of HarmonyOS and EMUI.
