Logitech acquires Streamlabs for USD 89 million

Logitech acquired Streamlabs for USD 89PHP 5,223INR 7,543EUR 85CNY 648 million, plus and additional USD 29PHP 1,702INR 2,458EUR 28CNY 211 million when their target revenue growth is hit.

Streamlabs hopes to create an even better platform with the acquisition according to their CEO Ali Moiz

Streamlabs is a powerful streaming tool that allows users to have custom themes and overlays, set up sub and donation alerts, and much more. With Streamlabs, streamers can create and grow their unique brand. Their software is used by most streamers, including top streamers from multiple platforms such as Twitch, Youtube, Mixer, and Facebook.

Logitech makes products like webcams, keyboards, mice, mousepads, headsets, mics, and controllers. Their product line, along with Streamlabs’ software,  will allow them to provide professional streamers with almost every tool they need.
