Found this last piece of the LG Watch Urbane at Best Buy last week during our trip in San Francisco. This was released last March but have not set any local availability yet.
Having owned and used the LG G Watch last year, I had a lot of expectations with the Watch Urbane.
The LG Watch Urbane is basically the fancier and pricier version of the LG G Watch R. The Urbane viariant of the LG Watch series is positioned for the more fashionable crowd and devoid of the G-Shock type design of the first two smartwatches from LG.
The LG Watch Urbane came with a simple box, not as fancy as you would expect if you were to buy a similarly-priced Fossil or Diesel watch.
The box came with the wall charger, micro-USB cable, charging cradle and the watch itself.
The Watch Urbane comes in two colors — silver and gold — while the accompanying leather strap is in black with beige stitches around the sides and a light-gray underside.
The Watch Urbane looks like a typical classic watch with the solid stainless steel body. It is IP67 rated so it is possible to submerge it in water (no deeper than 1 meter) and no longer than 30 minutes. However, you need to replace the strap with a more rugged version if you want to bring it to the gym or for a quick lap at the pool.
The heart rate sensor at the back of the body is very visible and can track your heart beat using the G Pulse app.
We’ll be spending a week or two with the LG Watch Urbane before we share our final verdict. We’ll also be looking at other leather and sport strap from 3rd-party suppliers and see what works best with out lifestyle.

Best smartwatch for me! Very classy ng design. Stainless steel metal, and genuine leather strap. At higit sa lahat, matibay battery life. Tumatagal siya ng mahigit 1 day based sa reviews, hindi tulad ng ibang smartwatch dyan haha
