Following the announcements of the Xiaomi 15 Series, Xiaomi Pad 7 16 tablets, and more, Xiaomi also debuted its Android 15-based HyperOS 2.
Key features of HyperOS 2 include improved performance, graphics, smoother animations, seamless interconnectivity via Xiaomi HyperConnect, and a new suite of AI capabilities powered by HyperAI.
Personalization gets wider with features such as dynamic wallpapers, smart screensavers, and there’s even an intelligent personal assistant called Super XiaoAi.
Furthermore, HyperOS 2 enables cross-device integration, allowing users to run apps across multiple devices and connect with Apple devices.
It’s important to note that this version of HyperOS 2 is intended for the Chinese market. Historically, global versions of Xiaomi’s software have often excluded features present in the Chinese versions.
Thus, not all features of HyperOS 2 — from the Chinese launch — may be available in the global release.
