RAVPower Power Banks Hands-on

Power banks are common nowadays and you can easily purchase one in online and offline stores. Although they serve one main purpose, which is to replenish the batteries of your gadgets, those that offer extra features are the ones worth considering. This is where the RAVPower power banks come in.

RAVPower RP-PB44

First up is the RP-PB44 with a capacity of 10,050mAh. It might have a smaller capacity compared to its siblings but this is the only power bank built for the outdoors. It’s waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof, according to RAVPower.

It has a rugged design with a rubber-like finish. It’s still pocketable yet solid in the hands. The package comes with a carabiner so you can easily clip it to a bag or belt. RAVPower RP-PB19

Next is the RAVPower RP-PB19 with a 16,740mAh capacity. This one looks like an external HDD. It’s chunky but packs more battery, has a black matte finish, and a blue LED power level indicator.

When it comes to charging, it has two USB ports for 2.1A to 2.4A charging that uses the iSmart technology which detects the charging needs of connected devices and automatically delivers the proper output, a 2A microUSB input, and a LED flashlight.

RAVPower RP-PB43

If you require a bigger battery, the RAVPower RP-PB43 won’t disappoint with its 20,100mAh capacity. It looks like a brick with a matte finish but it packs charging features you won’t normally see in a standard power bank.

For starters, it has 3A USB Type-C port for input and output charging, a 2A microUSB input, 2.4A USB port with iSmart technology, and a 2.4A Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 USB port.

RAVPower RP-PB41

Now if you want max power, the RP-PB41 can handle plenty of devices with its 26,800mAh capacity. It looks just like the RP-PB43 and even sports the same size and dimensions.

However, it doesn’t have USB Type-C but has three standard USB ports for 1A, 2.1A, and 2.4A charging with iSmart Technology. Like the rest of the family, input charging is done via microUSB.
