Zendure is a know electronics brand known for its high-capacity powerbanks with fast charging and one of their offerings is the SuperMini GO, sporting a 10,000mAh battery, a portable and stylish design, and wireless charging. Check out our hands-on below.
If you’re seeing the Zendure SuperMini GO for the first time, you might mistake it for a tiny film camera. We’re not sure why Zendure went for this design, but in a way, it’s a refreshing take on the usual powerbank brick and it has this youthful color which makes it nice to look at.
The circular part that looks like a camera lens is the magnetic camera dock for wireless charging, which is good if you have an iPhone with MagSafe. The magnet is strong and won’t easily detach from your device.
A soft-touch button for the power is placed above where the “shutter” is supposed to be. Just press on it, and the LCD “viewfinder” will show the current battery level.
On the side are the USB-A output and the USB-C input/output. Zendure included a USB-C to USB-C cable with USB-A adapter in the package so that you can use it right away. It would have been nicer if they also included an adapter for Lightning.
Zendure said it could fast charge up to 20W via Power Delivery or charge the iPhone 13 Pro to 50% in less than 30 minutes. For wireless, it can charge up to 15W. It also comes with safety features such as protection from overcurrent, overpower, overvoltage, overheat, short-circuit, input high-voltage, and over-charge.
It also has a feature called X-Charge Mode to make it compatible with charging low-power devices like smartwatches and wireless earbuds. All you have to do is press the power button twice. A charging logo will appear to indicate that X-Charge mode has been activated. To turn it off, press the button twice again.
Given that it has two charging ports and a built-in wireless charger, you can charge three devices at the same time.
So far, we like the SuperMini GO. The design looks exciting. It has universal compatibility, supports MagSafe, and charges fast. It’s a bit chunky, but that’s expected for cramming a 10,000mAh capacity in such a small footprint.
The Zendure SuperMini GO is priced at PHP 3,790 and is available at Beyond the Box.
