Apple has just announced that they are upgrading the 12-inch Macbook with the latest Intel Core M processors. The 6th-generation processors include the 1.1GHz dual-core Intel Core m3, 1.2GHz dual-core m5 processor and a 1.3 GHz dual-core Intel Core m7 processor with Turbo Boost speeds up to 3.1 GHz.
The 1.1GHz dual-core Intel Core m3 processor with Turbo Boost speeds up to 2.2 GHz, 8GB of RAM and 256GB SSD goes for $1,299 (~Php61k) while the 1.2 GHz dual-core Intel Core m5 processor with Turbo Boost speeds up to 2.7 GHz, 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD sells for $1,599 (~Php75k).
You can also customize the configuration to get the Intel Core m7. The 12-inch Macbook will also be available in 4 colors — gold, silver, space gray and now, rose gold.
Apple also announced that all models of the Macbook Air will have a starting 8GB of RAM.
