2015 Macbook price in the Philippines starts at Php64,990

Planning to get first dibs on the new Macbook? Apple’s Online PH Store has revealed the official pricing on its lightest laptop that’s yet to hit the Philippine market.

According to the listings, a model with 256GB internal storage, a 1.1GHz dual-core Intel Core M processor with Turbo Boost up to 2.4GHz, 8GB RAM and Intel HD Graphics 5300 can be purchased at Php64,990.

Meanwhile, the other variant equipped with 512GB internal storage1.2GHz dual-core Intel Core M processor with Turbo Boost up to 2.6GHz, 8GB RAM and Intel HD Graphics 5300 will be available for Php79,990.

Both laptops will feature the upgraded Retina display, the new Force Touch trackpad, and a slimmer and lighter construction and design with three colors to choose from: Gold, Space Gray, and Silver.

These aren’t available for purchase or pre-order as of the moment, but they were reportedly going to be available soon, with April 10 the earliest date of arrival as it coincides with the worldwide release. Check out the listings here.

    • its not a refresh for the macbook pro lineup but a “new” (revived) lineup its the “macbook” i advice yoi to get the retina macbook pro instead since they have the same price tag but the macbook retina has higher resolution and the chipset is thrice much powerful than the new macbook


  2. i bought mine way back 2011 in HK and it was about 10k cheaper than ph’s price. i suggest observe muna at wait for it to cool down a bit.


  3. ang babayaran mu dito is yung portability nya… super slim at 2lbs lang… 10hrs pa ang battery… pwede mu dalhin kahit saan… sana may windows din na ganito…
