After updating to ios 7.1.1, my phone is now unable to detect wi-fi. The wi-fi icon is now grayed out. Can’t turn it on no matter how many times I restart the phone and reset its settings. Has anyone encountered the same problem? How do I troubleshoot this? Thanks!

Mga katoto at katuting, mahalaga po ang updates lalo na with the prevalence of new hacks like the heatbleed bug. If you are aware of the risks then it’s really up to you.

Yeah.. all my ios devices are still on 6.1.3 at walang balak mag update until it’s dead. Lessons learned na ‘to from apple. Software upgrade para bumagal ang device mo. I like the way my device works on the day that I bought it. Napaka fluid. Too bad lang ngayon sinira nila ang facetime for devices with os6 at ang easy fix dw e to upgrade. Buti na lang may skype.
