Aside from Apple’s new iOS 16 for iPhones 8 and above, there’s also the release of watchOS 9 for Apple watches.
Because watchOS9 focuses on fitness, users will now see the heart rate zones during workouts and users can review their sleep patterns. Another update is the support for multisport workouts and it enables users to monitor their best performance. Aside from this is a reminder for the user to take their daily medications, Quick actions, a redesigned interface of Siri, and brand new watch faces.

To install, your iPhone must first support and be updated to iOS 16. Do it by just opening the Settings app, then tap General, next is Software and lastly hit Update.
watchOS 9 requires iPhone 8 or later with iOS 16 or later and one of the following Apple Watch models:
