Acer Aspire One D260 w/ Android gets priced

Just saw in one brochure that the Acer Aspire One D260 is now being offered locally by the Taiwanese company. The Aspire One D260 was said to dual-boot between Android OS and Window 7 when it was first announced.

The netbook is a refresh of the previous 10.1-inch AO D250 — Atom N450 1.66GHz, Intel GMA 3150, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, WiFi, Bluetooth and a 6-cell battery.

Nothing spectacular but I am curious if they did something in the configuration to be able to run Google Android in it. Should be interesting to check it out. Suggested retail price as listed in the brochure is Php23,990.

I don’t think it’s supported out of the box anyway – the manufacturer needs to do some integration.
