I am in Tokyo right now testing out the freshly launched Canon EOS R. It is Canon’s first ever full-frame mirrorless camera — their entry to the segment that has been dominated by Sony for the last few years. I took it for a quick run around the streets of Shibuya at night, testing my street photography skills.
There is a lot to capture in Tokyo, especially in the ungodly hours of the night. It is a city that never sleeps, after all. So without any further ado, here are our first shots from the Canon EOS R.
The camera actually performs quite well in low light, even at high ISO. Some of these photos are actually taken at as high as ISO 40,000. Loving the quality so far? Leave a comment down below and share your thoughts about Canon’s first full-frame mirrorless camera.
one of the worst street photos I’ve seen =)
