This data is not reliable, imposibleng di nakasama ang Queen City of The North, Santiago City.
Bitter ka lang, dre. Wag masyadong biased kasi. Perhaps your city (wherever that is) is just not really at par with the 7 listed above.
may mga call center na ba sa santiago city? nag google ako, walang lumalabas na mga big named centers under this city. wehehehe
It’s true in Santiago City naglipana ang mga call girls and call boys.
Suking customer.
I’m from the BPO industry and our company has different delivery centers around the world. I want to share something that one of our clients said. They said that the Filipino’s attitude towards work is impressive. We are hardworking and do our best to deliver all the time. And because of that, they decided to move their account from our India delivery center to Manila. :)
Pasensya na kayo tao rin lang po tulad nyo. Magandang Hapon… ;-)
Sinasadya naman nya ata… or bka nde. haha

Tinagalog mo nalang sana para di nasira ang “all praises” moment mo. #basagangtrip
Nakakasira ng araw ang english mo. haha
Like you said, Filipinos are good in English. Apparently, there are exceptions.
