  4. Jenny says:

Top earning BPO. The basis should be agent-centric since agents are the best asset a BPO can have. The category should be – Which BPO treats their agents like human beings? Which BPO pays their agents everything that’s written in their job contract? Which BPO actually adheres and follows Philippine Labor Laws and does not sacrifice the welfare and health of their agents. Top earning nga – how’s their mortality and changeover rate? Give the agents some dignity and respect naman. We all want to earn a decent salary but not at the expense of being treated like slaves.

  5. rapsody says:

I also need advise. i’m rendering resignation and looking for a job also.

  6. theonlyhopeisyou says:

BARAT companies are the top 10 companies.
That’s why they earn a lot, because few are given to the workers, agents and staffs. Geez..
I want to warn all of those who will read this:
For experience purpose, go with this companies.
After getting experience, get out and invest on other companies.
Remember, their names are there to make you feel they’re stable. But they just rob you of the amount of salary that you should truly have.

    • Abe Olandres says:

I think you are referring to Net Income while this list refers to Gross Revenues. Net Income is after operating expenses are deducted. In some cases, even if revenue is low, net income can be high. In other cases, Gross Revenues are high but Net Income is low because of high operating expenses.

  7. Joyie says:

Better apply in American International Group @_@

  8. naydee says:

Eh Sa vxi global holdings maganda po ba? Thanks.

  9. Colonelo says:

penge advice, I need good compensation and benefits to start ang hirap kasi pag mababa sahod tapos buhos performance mo. Thanks.

  10. ex SPi says:

SPi CRM Inc. Wala nga appraisal dyan since 2007. If you get regularized hanggang dun na lang sahod mo. Pwe!

  11. Justin says:

Accenture is just 40,000 people here in the Philippines but they produce P32 billion, almost double than the top 2. Why?

    Accenture is
    – not a typical call center. Very professional and you need a degree in most positions. Not typical CSRs, they are Fraud Analysts, Siz Sigma, Accounting Professionals, USRN etc.
    – The technology workforce are comprised of the best Software Engineers, System Adminisrators, DB admins, Data Scientists, Software QA engineers, Technology Consultants, SMEs, Business Intelligence professionals, System Analysts, Solutions Architects. These is the highest earning field in thr Philippines.
    – 93 of 100 Fortune 100 companies are their clients. The largest corporations in the world are their customers.
    – Their main assets are their people. Too many capabilities like Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, SaaS, PaaS, Testing, Analytics, Custom Software Development, Mobility and many more.

Compared to Convergys, which has 200,000 employees, you will easily determine why Accenture leads the pack every year.

Accenture should not be called a call center. It is a global professional services company ranging from technology, consulting and outsourcing.

    • rc says:

Maganda health benefits kaso sobra talaga baba mag pa sahod.

    • carla says:

      Accenture Philippines = P32 billion = 40,000 employees

      Convergys Philippines = P19 billion = 220,000 employees

Eh shempre ung Accenture mga bigating software engineer at IT graduate at di-basta bastang call center agent eh. Puro graduate kahit call center. Eh kasi pang professional ung trabaho.

  12. czaree says:

Acquire at #45 but salary and benefits are way better than those on top!

  13. Giboi says:

  15. karl says:

title should have been: list of companies with the most number of social climbers

    • Jho Balboa says:

      wahahaha kakalurkey!

  16. kokoy momoy says:

Genpact Services LLC!!! wala ceiling ang appraisal/annualization basta performer ka. may mga kilala akong agent level labg pero almost/ more than double na ng sweldo ng isang tenured agent ng nsa top 1 and 2 na company dito sa list na to, hindi mahilig sa flashy activities gaya ng mga bonggang xmas party or outings pero magaling mag alaga ng attrition ng employees. 5 years and well compensated. kulang nlng retirement program. libre ang lean training, six sigma, marami pang educ at work program pag maganda ang kita minsan pinipilit pa sa mga empleyado mga libre/discounted na courses. :-)

    • qazw says:

      Nice try Genpact HR.

  17. brian says:

tama kau dun, pag top ata, mbaba n tlga mgpasahod,, tsktsk mbuti pa ung mga nsa last parts. astig ah.. kya sa mga applicants,, alam na, i was able to go to those top companies.hehe jumper ako e.

  18. Ronald says:

Yup! More earnings less pay!

  19. chelxxi says:

IBM Daksh is already Concentrix Daksh, since Concentrix already bought IBM Daksh.

  20. agentx says:

More income si company, less sahod si employee. Yung 1/3 from the bottom yung mataas magpasahod compared dun sa mga nasa taas na company.

    • may says:

cognizant din at the bottom list pero competetive ang salary.better than those on top.

    • JoeTech says:

Sino dun sa bottom? :) I came from Thomson Reuters. Maganda magpasahod, ganda ng benefits, dahil Captive sya and hindi BPO. Relatively lighter ang workload, promotes worklife balance, yun lang, got laid off. :) Me together with the 5% of the population globally. Pero kahit ganun, they took good care of us, at least 3 month notice, yung iba di na kailangan mag report for a month, paid pa rin.

Accenture is a good company, pero susulitin ka talaga. :)

  21. Jemas says:

Malaki ang kinita dahil mababa magpasahod and pangit ang facilities.

    • marjood nopali says:

  22. FYI says:

Some of the companies listed there are not BPO/Call Center but rather than BTO. Jeez. SMH.

  23. spiderman says:

Kapag nasa top earning companies pala, nasa top BARAT companies din.

    • jp says:

Sino don, ung nasa number 1? Hehehe… :D
