However, the MatePad 11 2021 has a 120Hz screen refresh rate which is a plus for those who enjoy a smooth viewing experience.
CPU and GPU
Under the hood, the Huawei MatePad 11 (2021) is powered by the Snapdragon 865 processor, while its sibling, the MatePad Pro 10.8 (2021), sports a Snapdragon 870 processor. Both have Adreno 650 GPUs. Connectivity & Other Features
Both tablets support the same features for Huawei M-pencil support, same WiFi 6 connectivity, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C, and runs on HarmonyOS 2.0. The only difference lies with its microphone, the Matepad 11 (2021) has four, while the MatePad Pro 10.8 (2021) has five which means it can pick up audio better for improved voice quality in online calls. Which one to get?
The Huawei MatePad Pro 10.8 (2021) seems like the better choice if you’re aiming for performance thanks to its upgraded chipset, bigger RAM and storage, and faster charging rates. If you’re thinking of using a tablet for attending online calls, the five microphones are great features to have. However, it’s not available in the Philippines at the moment. It’s MatePad Pro 12.6 (2021) big brother is here, though.
Then we have the MatePad 11 (2021), while it looks a bit toned-down compared to its Pro sibling, it has 120Hz refresh rate and has support for microSD cards. The Snapdragon 865 is still powerful by today’s standards, while 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage are enough for casual users who will mostly use it for watching content and attending online calls and classes. And it’s available in the Philippines for PHP 26,999.
