Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and Galaxy Tab S 10.5 now official.
Samsung speaker states that the S-AMOLED displays found on the Galaxy Tab S uses less power and claims that these tablets can last up to 11.5 hours on single full charge when used to view 1080p flicks.
Samsung announced that they are collaborating with Conde Nast, the company behind magazines like GQ and Vogue. The company has also announced that they are teaming up with National Geographic magazine. This is to highlight the amazing display of the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablets.
After announcing their partnership with top-rated magazines, the South Korean firm has spilled the beans about their collaboration with Marvel to bring more premium contents to Sammy’s new slates.
In addition to these premium contents, Samsung also announced that they’ve partnered with Google to bring 60-day free access to Google Play Music which automatically gives users unlimited access to 20-million songs that they can listen to on the fly.
Mike from Samsung now talking about the Galaxy Tab S’s design. he highlighted the slate’s ultra-thin form factor which only measures 6.6mm. This is possibly one of the thinnest, if not the thinnest tablet in the market!
Mike passes the floor to Ryan to talk more about the connectivity/software features of the new Galaxy Tab S.
Ryan talks about some of the native Samsung apps that can be found on the new Galaxy Tab S. It inherits some of the apps/feature that were previously found on other flagship devices like the SGS5 and SGN3 like the Multi-Window, Download Booster and Fingerprint Scanner.
Ryan has finally announced the price and availability of the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S. According to him, the Wi-Fi only version will be available starting next month with the 10.5-inch version retailing for USD499 and the smaller version for USD399.
