* That the most popular devices are smartphones — 100% of our top 25 devices are all handsets.
* Almost half or 10 out of the 25 are local brands. Cherry Mobile has the most number of popular phones with a total of 8, followed by Starmobile with 2 handsets.
* For global brands, Alcatel took 4 spots while Lenovo and Huawei got 2 each. Both of the Sony Xperia Z and Z1 were also present. The Samsung Galaxy S4 is the most popular handset from a global brand.
2013 is definitely the year of the smartphone!

Nakakalito na ang model range ng CM. It’s not helping them.
nice says:
walang myphone lolz

Where’s the omega hd 2.0?
abuzalzal says:
The Cosmos Z is soo laggy I wouldn’t even buy it for Php8k-9k…I pity those who bought this piece of dogpoop and end up getting extremely disappointed.
Huwag kasi magpa-bulag sa 1080p, lol… I would rate this as one of the WORST CM handsets ever…
ejhong says:
for your opinion, maganda bah ang CM titan 2.0 powerbank?
thanks much
vhic says:
sana magkaroon kayo ng review ng Telego W400..thanks
chacha says:
cherry mobile should improved their service center, un ganyang kalaki ng volume ng product nila, mahirapan bantayan na quality, if they cant focus on that, ayusin nila service center nila. With lots of products out there, kawawa nman un bibili sa dami na ng may handset, di na magkasya sa service center nila.
Cherhee says:
At it again CM…
I wont blame them for being the top spot…but their phones are being to pretentious… they never had their own look, design wise. Features are also like a fruit cake, mixing good features with bad just to lower their cost…
and now their reaching the 13k+ mark with their phones?! for me id laugh at someone who invested that kind of money to cherry mobile. with that kind of money they could get proven branded midrange smartphone. and save their selves the embarrassment of owning a CM brand.
And dont even argue with that “Filipino ito” “gawang pinoy tangkilikin”
CM doesnt even make their phones here in the philippines..their from china and india just rebranded…
CM should know their boundaries…
abuzalzal says:
I guess their flea market approach is working extremely well for them, making their products too hard to resist, especially for those penny-pinching, budget conscious, price-haggling smartphone enthusiasts.
I agree sa 12k-13k price point. It is a terrible idea to go beyond that boundary, yung target customers mo kasi mga budget-minded, tapos biglang Php13k?!++ Makes no freaking sense
If CM can release a Mediatek Octa device na kaya nilang ibaba hanggang Php11-12k, dudumugin ito guaranteed

This doesn’t show accurate results with regards to popularity of one device. You have to consider the date the review has been published.
Say you have Gadget X reviewed last February of 2013 and Gadget Y on November of 2013. If you’re not going to give much time to Gadget Y, doesn’t that sound unfair? X has been waiting for page views for 11 months while Y only had one month.
My point is, each review should be given at least a year to be evaluated for its page view for equality.
lechon2014 says:
wala na pala masyado nagbabasa ng reviews ng iphones. ala kasing bago eh.
happy 2013s!
fuzz says:
not really.. I’m thinking that it’s because it’s a gadget that the masses can’t afford plus the lack of familiarity of iOS, so why bother reading more about it. Cherry Mobile hit the 1st spot probably because a prospective buyer wants to know more about the phone rather than buying it now and regret later.

Epic lenovo k900! Hahahaha naalala ko nanaman! :)) Mabuhay ka abuzalzal! :))) pati mismong founder iyong napahiya hahahaha!
