Capcom dropped a bomb during Sony’s E3 2018 conference as they revealed the release date for the remake of Resident Evil 2.
Resident Evil has been a long-running franchise in both the gaming world and in the big screen. One of the first games of the series that was released for the PS1, just after Resident Evil, was Resident Evil 2. The title is considered to be on of the best games ever released and the most successful Resident Evil game (in terms of sales in a single platform) to date.
The Resident Evil 2 remake is set to arrive on January 25, 2019 and will bring players back to Racoon City in the shoes of Claire Redfield and Leon Kennedy. Watch the first trailer below. Pre-orders are now up as well.
