The POCO website is shutting down 19 on December 31st, 2024. This includes all their global sites in the UK, France, etc. For those worried, this does not indicate that Xiaomi’s sub-brand is unsuccessful.
The photo above is a screenshot from their global website. Starting October 21st, 2024 onwards, POCO’s products, services, and sales support will be found on Xiaomi’s official website 25 instead.
Further, all records (purchase, customer service, POCO Points) and loyalty programs will be migrated to Xiaomi’s platform as well. If any customers are concerned for existing coupons, they will be reissued before December 12th, 2024. Users don’t need to take action during the migration process.
In addition, the POCO Store app will no longer work after December 31st. This move indicates that even though POCO has been recognized as a standalone brand, Xiaomi’s ecosystem remains prevalent.
