The HONOR X9c 5G is now official as the brand’s newest tough mid-range offering.
One of its key highlights is the stronger ingress protection, now with IP65M that provides ‘360-degree protection’ from water jets according to Honor. That’s a significant jump from the X9b’s IP53 rating.
It also comes with wet touch control technology for its 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is equipped with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 — the same one found on the HONOR X9b 29.
For optics, instead of three, the X9c now only comes with dual rear cameras: a 108-megapixel main and a 5MP ultrawide. Gone is the 2-megapixel macro sensor but the main shooter now supports optical image stabilization.
The battery also gets bigger, thanks to silicon-carbon tech, the phone packs a whopping 6600mAh of battery paired with 66W of fast charging.
