realme C63 5G now official

The realme C63 5G variant is now official with a chipset upgrade. In comparison to its 4G variant powered by a UNISOC T612, this device packs a MediaTek Dimensity 6300.

The Dimensity 6300 is 5G-enabled and can run applications smoother. However, the C63 5G unit does have a couple of downgrades in terms of its main camera and charging.

On to the specs, the device has a 6.67-inch IPS LCD with a HD+ resolution and refresh rate of 120Hz. It offers 625 nits of peak brightness and an 89.97% screen-to-body ratio.

Storage configurations come with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Optics include a 32-megapixel main shooter, an unspecified lens with a LED flash, and an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

The phone has a 5,000mAh battery with 10W of wired charging. realme says that the C63 can offer up to 17 hours of video playback on a single charge.

The realme C63 5G runs on realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14. It also has an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance. The company promises that the phone should operate smoothly for 4 years, even coming with a 48-month Fluency Certification.

Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, AI Boost Engine, and Game Boost, which promises a 5% lag reduction for gameplay. This also offers 10% more frame rate stability.

The phone comes in Forest Green and Starry Gold color options. It’s priced at INR 10,999PHP 7,614USD 130EUR 124CNY 945 (~PHP 7USD 0.12INR 10EUR 0.11CNY 0.87.5K) with its 4GB/128GB base configuration. It’s also available for INR 12,999PHP 8,998USD 153EUR 146CNY 1,116 (~PHP 8USD 0.14INR 12EUR 0.13CNY 0.99.9K) with 8GB/128GB.
