CMF, the value-focused sub-brand of Nothing, has unveiled two new audio wearables: the Buds and Neckband Pro. Both feature active noise cancellation (ANC) at an expected low-price bracket.
Table of Contents
The Buds feature a 12.4mm sound driver with Dirac tuning. Users can choose up to five EQ settings with a tap of a button. It has 42dB ANC, 2900 Hz bandwidth, and has transparency mode. Notably, they use four HD mics compared to the six on the Buds Pro 24.
Both buds are IP54-rated, offering protection against water splashes and dust. They also feature a Low Lag Mode for lower latency during gaming.
CMF claims the Buds can last up to eight hours on a single charge, extending to 35.5 hours with the charging case. A 10-minute charge provides up to 6.5 hours of playback thanks to each bud’s 45mAh battery, while the charging case packs a 460mAh battery.
The Neckband Pro boasts better ANC at 50dB and a stronger IP55 rating. It packs a 13.6mm composite diaphragm driver and five HD mics. Additionally, it features 360-degree spatial audio and Ultra Bass 2.0 with a 0.27cc back chamber, effectively enhancing bass without distortion.
Controls are housed in a single Smart Dial, allowing users to adjust volume, pause/play, skip tracks, and toggle ANC options. With its 220mAh battery, the wearable can reach 37 hours of playback on a single charge. A 10-minute charge provides 18 hours of playback, but only when ANC is off.
CMF will release both wearables across global markets, with the Buds arriving first in most regions. In the Philippines, only the CMF Buds will be available this March 74 through Digital Walker. CMF has yet to reveal exact pricing details. Stay tuned!
