Apple has announced in their developer documentations that their iOS and iPadOS 17.3 beta version 2 update have temporarily been withdrawn. This is due to a number of reports stating that the update has prevented their devices from booting up.

Should ever this be a problem, users may need to first access Recovery Mode to revert the update by selecting a previous version of the iOS or iPadOS.

Apple has yet to announce a more stable version of iOS and iPad 17.3, but we will let you know when one gets announced.
