Sony LinkBuds Fit now official

The Sony LinkBuds Fit are now official, unveiled as their newest earbuds made for all-day comfort with ergonomic design. The buds are slated to offer excellent noise-canceling technology and an adaptive ambient sound mode.

It has support for LDAC and LC3 audio codec and is Hi-Res Audio Wireless certified. Plus, it also allows for simultaneous Bluetooth connections per bud. Yes, the left and right bud have their own link to your device.

For those who may not know, one bud usually connects to your device and sends audio to the other. Other features include voice control and Wide Area Tap. Wide Area Tap allows the usual tap gestures to be performed on your cheek instead of aiming for the buds themselves.

The gestures along with equalizer settings can be configured via an app. Users can also set up quick access to their preferred music players like Spotify on the platform.

The buds are made with recycled plastics, and have an IPX4 rating as well. Wrapping up, the buds can last up to 5.5 hours with ANC on or 8 hours with the feature off.

The buds are available in Green, Black, and White. There’s also a special Violet colorway designed in collaboration with artist Olivia Rodrigo.

The Sony LinkBuds Fit are currently available for pre-order in the US and Canada for USD 200 (~PHP 11,000). Listings are out right now on Sony’s website and Amazon among other retailers.
