The Insta360 Ace Pro 2 action camera has been launched globally and priced in the Philippines. This camera can record up to 8K videos at 30 fps and sports a 157-degree wide-angle Leica Summarit lens. This camera takes shots in 50-megapixel resolution as well.
Since it’s already sporting the lens, users will get access to Leica’s color profiles. It can also record 4K videos at 120 fps with its 1/1.3-inch sensor. The hardware is paired with AI integrations to provide users with great clarity under low light conditions.
Insta360 promises that zooming in to 2x will not lead to any dips in image quality. It also has a new wind guard that keeps noise at bay.
Plus, it also has PureVideo, which reduces noise while brightness and details are enhanced. Just keep in mind, PureVideo is only available while recording up to 4K at 60 fps.
Other hardware features include a display situated next to the sensor that shows information like battery, aspect ratio, and recordings-in-progress. There’s also a 2.5-inch flip touchscreen.
As for battery life, it’s rated for up to 180 minutes. However, users just need 18 minutes to charge the device from 0% to 80% with a 30W PD adapter. A full charge should take around 47 minutes.
