The HUAWEI nova 13 Series has been announced in China. The mid-range line includes the HUAWEI nova 13 and HUAWEI nova 13 Pro. Additionally, the devices have significant improvements under display and camera systems compared to their predecessors.

The HUAWEI nova 13 Pro has a 6.76-inch FHD+ LTPO OLED display with an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz. It also has a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS, a 12-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and 8-megapixel ultra wide.

Interestingly, it also has a dual-front camera system. This includes a 60-megapixel shooter paired with an 8-megapixel portrait lens capable of up to 5x zoom.

The Pro variant packs a 5,000mAh battery with 100W of HUAWEI SuperCharge support via USB Type-C. While we don’t have the official chipset yet, it’s rumored to be a Kirin 8000 under the hood for both devices.

For pricing, the HUAWEI nova 13 Pro is currently available for orders in China for CNY 3,699 (~PHP 30K).

Next, the base HUAWEI nova 13 has a 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED panel. It also has an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz. It sports a dual-rear camera system consisting of a 50-megapixel main paired with an 8-megapixel ultra wide. At the front, it has a 60-megapixel selfie shooter.

It will run on the same operating system, pack the same battery capacity, and have the same charging speed. Both devices will be available in Black, Green, Purple, and White color options.
