Following the official teaser for various global markets, fresh details have emerged about the upcoming OnePlus Buds 3.
Building on the success of the OnePlus Buds Pro and OnePlus Buds Pro 2, known for delivering impressive audio quality and features at a competitive price, the upcoming addition to the series aims to maintain a robust feature set while reducing costs.
The OnePlus Buds 3 is anticipated to boast powerful features, including a 10.4mm woofer and 6mm tweeter for audio output, along with 48 dB of active noise cancellation. Notably, the headphones are expected to offer a substantial 44 hours of battery life (presumably including the case), 3D sound, and LHDC 5.0. Additionally, they will support Google Fast Pair, a feature omitted in the original Buds Pro but reintroduced with the Buds Pro 2.
OnePlus is set to launch these new earphones with a global release scheduled for January 23, 2024, coinciding with the unveiling of the OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R. The OnePlus Buds 3 are now available for pre-order in China, allowing consumers to secure their units ahead of the official launch, however there is no official pricing as of the time of writing.
