Huawei is gearing up for its upcoming new device launches in the Philippines. On its official website, landing pages for HUAWEI nova Y72, MatePad 11.5-inch PaperMatte Edition, and Watch 4 are now live.
Table of Contents
Starting with the new smartphone, the nova Y72 packs larger-than-usual battery with 6000mAh capacity, paired with 22.5W HUAWEI SuperCharge.
At the front sees a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD panel with a dew-drop notch housing its 8-megapixel selfie shooter. While at the rear protrudes a familiar camera island design with 50-megapixel primary and 2-megapixel macro lenses.
The phone also has a dedicted X button — an extra button on the phone’s left side with an engraved “X” shape — for quick access to frequently used apps.
Huawei, however, did not mention the phone’s chipset. Based on our previous report, its chipset is likely the aging Kirin 710A also seen on the phone’s alleged Chinese variant, the HUAWEI Enjoy 70.
