Samsung recently unveiled the Galaxy A16 5G with up to six years of software support. Now, Samsung has also announced a 4G variant that also receives the same software pledge.
The Galaxy A16 4G is essentially identical to its 5G counterpart, except for the processor. Instead of either Exynos 1330 or Dimensity 6300, it runs on a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset.
While the exact pricing hasn’t been announced yet, it’s expected to be slightly lower than its 5G counterpart. For reference, the 5G variant is priced at EUR 249 (~Php15.5K).
The Galaxy A16 4G is scheduled to launch in France in November and is likely to be available in other European markets as well.
