Digital Walker, one of Nothing’s official channels in the Philippines, will soon open pre-orders for the new Nothing Phone (2a) Plus.
It is yet another midrange offering from the brand, boasting several key upgrades from the standard Nothing Phone (2a).
For starters, the Phone (2a) Plus runs on a faster chipset, the Dimensity 7350 Pro with up to 3.0GHz clock speed. It has a better 50-megapixel selfie camera (from 32MP) and now allows 4K recording at 30 frames per second (fps).
Charging gets a slight boost too: a 50W charging rate (previously, 45W) for the same 5000mAh battery.
While pricing remains undisclosed, we can expect it to a bit costlier than the vanilla Phone (2a) — which had a starting price of PHP 18,990. Basing off from India’s release, the Phone (2a) Plus starts at INR 27,999 that is approx. Php18.7K in today’s rates.
Digital Walker 12 did not exactly announce when’s the phone going to be widely available. So, keep an eye out for the latest updates, likely coming this week.
