The summer season, for a lot of people, means a ton of traveling and seeking adventures and of course, it’s always a great thing to keep videos and photos of these moments to look back on. While we do have our smartphones and cameras, there are times when those devices simply just won’t be able to take our more extreme adventures. Enter action cameras, small yet capable devices that can withstand almost any environment they’re thrown into. Not all of us can afford a GoPro, and so, we listed down a couple of action cameras that can fit a PHP 10,000 and below budget. Check them out!

SJCAM SJ4000 AIR Action Camera

Capable of Full HD 4K video recording, the SJCAM SJ4000 is equipped with a 170-degree wide-angle lens. It can shoot images of up to 16MP, has WiFi connectivity, about 90 minutes of battery life, and waterproof up to 30m. This device can also be used as a webcam or a dashcam. Cordya S2 Ultra HD 4K WiFi Sports Action Camera

Capable of recording ultra HD 4K videos, this Cordya sports action camera is also waterproof up to 30m. It has a 170-degree wide-angle lens, ha 2-inch LCD, has WiFi connectivity, and has a 1050mAh battery capacity. Originally priced at PHP 2,500, you can get this device at Cordya’s official Shopee page 10 for a discounted price of PHP 1,488. If you wish to buy it with a 32GB SD card, Cordya offers it at a lowered price of PHP 1,800 instead of PHP 2,850.

Yi 1080P Action Camera International English Edition

A 16MP shooter, this Yi action camera is capable of recording at 1080p. With a 155-degree wide-angle lens, this device also has a NightShot Function, WiFi support, Bluetooth connectivity, HDMI output, and 990mAh of battery capacity. A couple of downsides, however, is that it’s not waterproof and it doesn’t have a screen. Still, it’s a pretty good deal for a budget action camera. Originally priced at PHP 4,999, you can get the Yi action camera for PHP 2,208 at their official Shopee page.

Supremo Conquest 4K

With a Sony IMX sensor, the Supremo Conquest can shoot images up to 20MP, record 4K videos, waterproof up to 40m, and also has a built-in gyroscope. Other features include a 2-inch LCD, a slow-motion mode, time-lapse, loop, timer mode, and burst mode. The Supremo Conquest can be bought for PHP 3,880 at Kimstore and all Technopop stores nationwide.

Xiaomi Mi Action Camera 4K

Apart from smartphones and other devices, Xiaomi also has an action camera under their belt. Just as its name suggests, the Mi Action Camera is capable of 4K 30fps video recording. It’s also capable of 145-degree wide-angle panoramic shots and has a variety of modes such as time-lapse, slow-motion, exposure delay, and high-speed burst. Other features include a 2.4″ touch screen, about 120 minutes of battery life, and WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. The Xiaomi Mi Action Camera 4K can be purchased over at Xiaomi’s official Shopee page 36 with a marked down price of PHP 5,349 from its original price of PHP 7,999.
