We’re halfway through 2024, I can already tell that a lot of low-cost smartphones with good features, attractive designs, chipsets, batteries, and most importantly, prices, have been released in the last six months.

The primary factors that influence purchase decisions are price points, availability, and release dates. For this reason, we provide our viewers with these price guidelines on a quarterly basis. So, check out these smartphones under PHP 8,000 that won’t punch a hole in your pocket or drain your wallet. Take note that only smartphones introduced in the second quarter of the year are included in this list.

At the rear, the cameras consist of a 50MP Camera and an AI Camera together with the LED Flash.

The itel RS4 has a SIM slot dedicated to two nano SIM and a microSD card for extension. And what’s great about it is its dual speakers, yet if you want to just listen and you’re not a fan of Bluetooth earbuds, it still carries the 3.5mm audio port. This beast has a USB Type-C port for charging that also goes with the 45W charger.

This comes in two variants, the 8GB of RAM with an 8GB of MemFusion, giving you a total memory of up to 16GB with 128GB of internal storage. Meanwhile, the other one has 12GB of RAM plus 12GB of MemFusion, with 256GB of internal storage.

No wonder this beast performs well in the gaming arena, since this is engineered by a Mediatek Hello-G99 Ultimate. Aside from being loaded with a rare chipset, the itel RS4 packs a 5,000mAh battery life and bypass charging isn’t a problem. This one runs on Android 13.
