Identifying if someone hid their MyDay/ IG story is quite hard, but the easiest way to know is to observe your partner’s behavior, or maybe a friend of yours might help.

This one is the funniest, and also a smart way to cheat: chatting through gaming platforms, including steam, PUBG, Call of Duty, or any game with a chat feature. Check these apps/games because sometimes people here don’t just play. Some are using these platforms to go over behind someone else’s back since it is a discrete way to cheat.

#3 Facebook’s Secret Conversation

Having the ability to access your partner’s Facebook Messenger is not enough to catch them red-handed since Messenger has a Secret Conversation feature. It has end-to-end encryption, meaning messages made through this will only appear on the device where the message initially sent, plus you can set messages to disappear. So watch out for this.

#4 Dating Apps

Another way to tell that your partner is going behind your back is if there are dating apps installed on their phone. If this isn’t a visible sign, I don’t know what is. These days, some people in a relationship are trying to have hookups through these apps. Surprisingly, some people fall for it.

#5 Social Media and Messaging Apps

There are apps that people use to cheat on their partner, and sometimes, these apps are the apps we mostly use, including Telegram, What’s App, Twitter, Snapchat, the most popular one, Instagram, and even Tiktok!

Some people use these apps since you can delete messages here without having a trace. You can delete and edit messages, and like Snapchat, it can automatically disappear. So be cautious and vigilant when you see your partner using these apps.

Now, if you’ve come to this far, that means you have a strong feeling that your partner is doing something behind your back. I know how painful it is, but one way to solve this issue is by rather confronting them. Ask him/her if your hunches were right. Although let’s be honest, most people will deny these unjust actions, but try to solve this in a non-toxic manner because no matter what you do, if a person will cheat, they will do the impossible just to go beyond your back.

I advise you not to do or say things that you will regret later. Check yourself too, maybe you make your partner feel as if he/she is on a leash.
