List of Financial Assistance You Can Get During the CoVID-19 Quarantine

Amidst the Luzon enhanced community quarantine, government and private companies, as well as some celebrities, are offering financial assistance to Filipinos during these trying times. Check out our list here.

Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)

Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has issued COVID-19 Adjustment Measures Program (CAMP) under Department Order No. 209 Series of 2020 that offers financial support (PHP5,000USD 85INR 7,223EUR 81CNY 621) to affected workers in private companies that have adopted Flexible Work Arrangement (FWAs). To set things clear, your company is responsible for submitting all the requirements and not you. Click here for the full details.

DOLE will also be providing a one-time PHP10,000USD 170INR 14,446EUR 162CNY 1,241 assistance for Overseas Filipino workers (OFW) who were also affected by the pandemic. OFWs must submit their certificate of employment issued by their agencies. Their application will be evaluated and processed by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) or Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA).

CIMB Bank

CIMB Bank is offering PHP10,000USD 170INR 14,446EUR 162CNY 1,241 financial assistance to customers who tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. To qualify for this service, one must be a CIMB Savings or Cash account holder. Click here for the full details.

Maine Mendoza

Maine Mendoza has launched DoNation Drive that will provide PHP 1,000USD 17INR 1,445EUR 16CNY 124 of financial aid per household for food groceries and other essentials, which will be sent via Gcash. For the complete requirements, read here.

Mayor Vico Sotto

Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto will be providing PHP3,000USD 51INR 4,334EUR 49CNY 372 financial aid to drivers (jeepney driver, tricycle driver, and UV drivers) that are affected by the community quarantine in Pasig. Distribution is by schedule starting Monday, March 30, 2020.

Zero po ako ngayon I don’t have money I don’t have enough food and I don’t have work..it is hard because I’m only starting may life her in manila but unfortunately of this covid19 it already gone..I hope matulongan niyo pa ako.

Hi poh..aq poh ay isang mananahi dto sa taytay rizal sa ngayin from bikol dahil poh sa covid-19 isa poh aq sa apektado ng home quarantine at dahil poh sa ipinapatupad n total lockdown ng govt.natin wala poh aq mkuhanan ng pang araw araw sa ngayon nagiisa lang poh aq sa tinitirahan q wala poh aqng makuhanan ng pangkain dahil sa tigil din poh ang gawa wala poh aqng fixed n sahod kc pc.rate lang poh ng trabaho namin..sana poh mapili nyo aq kc wala poh talga aqng mkuhanan ng pangkain pls..god bless pph sainyong lahat..

Kapag po ba kakaresign lang like march 11 makakakuha din po ba ? kc ndi ko din aman po ineexpect na mag lockdown pero ndi pa aman ako kakapag pasa ng resignation at nakakapgclearance sa agency , pero sabe ng agency ko di na daw po ako kasali . eh kaya aman po ako nagpa immediate resign na din na dapat march 15 pa eh dahil natakot na din ako pumasok sa work kc malayo ang biyahe ko sa work nkktakot dahil sa virus .. malaking tulong po sana kung makakakuha ako sa dole kc may baby ako naggagatas .. salamat po
