(i am sharing this sa inyo dahil sa smart pldt dashboard online sira! mali sira mali sinasabi doon hindi mo ma view ang iyong data allocation remaining balance)
1 register smart pldt home prepaid number or email (prefered pldt smart home prepaid number) create password.
2 below you will see box with VERIFY. tap Verify and it will ask for an OTP code
3 In your computer type 192.168.1.1 on the address bar and sign in by typing in your password
4 On the smart pldt dash board click SMS look for the message containing your 4 digit OTP code.
5 have your mobile phone go back to your smart and pldt home app and enter the 4 digit OTP code. and you may start viewing your account usage data allocation.
PLDT bakit yung 1499 FAMLOAD na 200GB bakit naging 180BG na lng!?? Bakit naging 180GB!!! Bakit hindi kayo nag inform sa mga customer nyo na ganito mangyari. Hindi kayo nag tanong kung nagustuhan ba nila yung mag palit ninyo ng promo ninyo. Yung iba ginagamit nila yung data sa pag work from home hindi sa panonood ng video. Tapos na po yung promo nila na yon. Limited duration lang yung up to 22gb
PLDT changed Famload 199 to 12gb and 1gb yt data everyday instead of 24gb all access, in case y’all are wondering. In this time that a lot of people needed more data for online classes and work from homes, they allocated it for youtube.
Famload 50 wala na sa PLDT App.

The Fam Load is for PLDT one only. I don’t have that option with my Smart Home Wifi. Anyone here knows how to avail with Smart Home Wifi?
