Launched by MediaTek in February 2018, the Helio P60 chipset combines the CPU, GPU, and Accelerated Processing Unit (APU) all in one chip. Thanks to its octa-core CPU, it boasts speeds of up to 2.0GHz, has a Mali-G72 GPU, and a dedicated APU. It also supports dual camera setups of up to 20-16MP or a 32MP single-camera system. MediaTek introduced the Helio P60 to power up affordable yet impressive smartphones. Here are a couple of devices equipped with Helio P60 that have been released in the Philippines and are under PHP 15,000!
First up, we have the recently released budget smartphone, the Realme 3. It rocks a 6.22-inch HD+ display with 3GB/4GB of RAM, 32GB/64GB of internal storage, and 4,230mAh battery capacity. The Realme 3 is equipped with a 13MP + 2MP dual rear camera set up while on the front, it houses a 13MP camera. The device was launched in the Philippines just this week, and starts its pricing at PHP 6,990 and goes up to PHP 9,990 at its maximum specs.
Similar to the OPPO F7 but without a notch on the display and half the specs, the OPPO F7 Youth features a 6.0-inch FHD+ screen with a 2160 x 1080 resolution. The device has 4GB of RAM, 64GB internal storage, a 13MP rear camera, an 8MP front camera, and a 3,410mAh battery capacity. The OPPO F7 Youth has a price tag of PHP 10,990.
Launched in 2018, the OPPO F7 has similarities to the OPPO R15 looks-wise. It sports a 6.23-inch display, 4GB/6GB of RAM, 64GB/128GB of internal storage, has a 16MP rear camera, and a 25MP AI front camera. It was initially priced at PHP 17,990 but can now be found in retailers for the affordable price of PHP 11,990.
The Nokia 5.1 Plus features a 5.86-inch 19:9 screen with an HD+ resolution. The notch on the front houses the 8MP camera, while it has a 13MP + 5MP dual rear camera setup. Other features include 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, and a 3,060mAh battery capacity. It arrived in the Philippines in October 2018 and is priced at PHP 12,990.
Vivo V11i sports a 6.3-inch FHD+ Halo FullView display, 4GB/6GB RAM, 64GB/128GB internal storage, 16MP + 5MP dual rear cameras, 25MP front camera, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, and 3,315mAh battery. The 4GB + 128GB variant retails for PHP 13,999 while the 6GB + 64GB variant has a price of PHP 14,999.
Okay okay, the title says under PHP 15K but here’s a bonus one for you guys. Add just a little more to your PHP 15K budget, and you can include the OPPO F9 in your choices. The OPPO F9 boasts a 6.3-inch FHD+ screen, with 6GB RAM, 64GB/128GB of storage, 16MP + 2MP dual rear cameras, 25MP front camera, and a battery capacity of 3500mAh. Its initial price is at PHP 17,990, but OPPO has slashed its price down to PHP 15,990 for the time being.

You forgot Flare S7 Plus from Cherry Mobile. Before the price cut on old Oppo models and Realme 3’s entry, it was the cheapest phone with a Helio P60 chipset.
