Windows 8 was just released last month and Microsoft is already reported to be working on their next Windows OS codenamed ‘Blue‘ which is set for release in mid-2013.
Windows Blue is rumored to be Microsoft’s standardized OS that will bring UI changes and a better upgrade solution across Windows and Windows Phone platforms. Instead of getting a new version of Windows every other year or so, regular updates will be pushed annually at a very low-cost or even free. This kind of approach makes it easier for users to make an upgrade and is similar to what Apple does with iOS.
Once Windows Blue is released, Microsoft will be releasing updates to the Windows SDK that will run on both Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8. Microsoft will then stop accepting apps that are specifically built for Windows 8 to force developers to start building apps for Blue. Existing Windows 8 apps will still be supported.

I’ve read somewhere na any Windows Blue ay update Lang, not an entirely new OS.
Oni says:
palpak kc windows 8
whatdidyousay says:
Kakalabas lang ng windows 8, palpak na? In the first place, nung nilabas nila ung developer preview last year, maganda yung naging feedback kaya tinuloy tuloy nila ung official release ng windows 8.
lemonheads says:
to early to tell na palpak ang Windows 8. Have you tried one? I think its nice, productivity-wise. if ever palpak ang Windows 8, for sure may backup plans ang Microsoft.. hello.. Microsoft yan. At kung palpak nga, in your own opinion.. why? please explain.
radioactive_balut says:
So soon? Parang patterned with Windows 7 because of Vista failure.
chopotka says:
Hindi nyo ba maintindihan? Eh mga ungas kasi kayo! go buy a dictionary, LOL. I’ll let you both morons in a secret, the reason microsoft will release a blue edition is because para nde nyo na marecognize yun difference between a BSOD and a blue colored desktop! LOL
lemonheads says:
malinaw naman kung sinong moron at close-minded. HAHAHA! Ikaw yun!
Sa tingnin mo titigil at maggigive-up ang multi-billion company like Microsoft kung pumalpak ang Windows 8 or Blue? Business yan uy. Hindi yan basta basta iniiwan. At least sila hindi.. ewan ko lang sayo. 90% parin ang PC users worldwide. So anong “PC era is over” ang pinagsasabimo. Baka limpak limpak ang pera mo at puro Apple products ang gamit mo. Ikaw na ang maraming pera! WOW!
chopotka says:
Same debacle as Vista or worse than Vista, whatever! Typical Microsoft, why can’t you just accept that the PC era is already over. Even banks such as BDO and HSBC are stuck with XP and 2000 respectively!
LOL
Ric says:
kung nakakakita ka ng mga PC na stuck n sa XP or Vista di kasalanan ng provider ng OS un.. kundi ung mismong Company na gumagamit.. gumastos sila pra sa mas mataas na specs na pc pra walang abirya.
chupotatbobo says:

You are one of the dumbest persons I’ve seen rant online. Alam mo ba yang pinagsasabi mo? Still living in the Vista era? Gulo ng pinagsasabi mo di ko alam saang banda dapat patulan. Lol
