2022 Smartphones in the Philippines with 100W+ wired fast charging

One of the best technologies that smartphone brands implemented in their devices is fast charging. This is extremely helpful especially if the phone has a high-capacity battery. You won’t have to wait for hours to charge it, and most of the time, it’s done in under an hour. In some models, less than 30 minutes. If you’re looking for a smartphone with the fastest wired charging, here’s our list.

Note: The smartphones listed below are those that were officially launched in the Philippines in 2022 with fast charging of at least 100W.

HONOR Magic4 Pro

The HONOR Magic4 Pro launched in the Philippines in September. It has a 6.81-inch OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset, 8GB RAM, 256GB of storage, 50MP triple-rear cameras, and a 4,600mAh battery with 100W fast charging, which HONOR says can charge it to 50% in just 15 minutes.

The HONOR Magic4 Pro is priced at PHP 52,990.

Huawei nova 10 Pro

The nova 10 series launched in the Philippines in October and leading the pack is the nova 10 Pro. it has a 6.78-inch OLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 4G chipset, 8GB RAM, 256GB of storage, 50MP triple-rear cameras, dual-front cameras, and a 4,500mAh battery with 100W fast charging, which Huawei says can fully charge the battery in 20 minutes.

The Huawei nova 10 Pro is priced at PHP 32,999.

Black Shark 5, 5 Pro

The Black Shark 5 and 5 Pro arrived in the Philippines in July. The 5 has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 5G chipset, up to 12GB RAM, up to 256GB of storage, 64MP triple-rear cameras, and a 4,650mAh battery with 120W fast charging, which Black Shark says can charge the battery to 100% in 15 minutes in Ultimate Mode or 24 minutes in Even Mode to balance heat dissipation and charging speed.

The 5 Pro, on the other hand, has a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset, and 108MP triple-rear cameras. It has the same battery capacity and charging speed as the 5.

POCO F4 GT

The POCO F4 GT arrived in April and sports a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset, up to 12GB RAM, up to 256GB of storage, 64MP triple-rear cameras, and a 4,700mAh battery with 120W fast charging, which POCO says can charge to 100% in 27 minutes.

POCO F4 GT price:
• 8GB + 128GB: PHP 27,590
• 12GB + 256GB: PHP 30,990

Xiaomi 12T, 12T Pro

The Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro launched in the Philippines in November. The 12T sports a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Ultra, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, 108MP triple-rear cameras, and a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging, which Xiaomi says can provide an “all-day” battery in just 19 minutes of charging.

The 12T Pro, on the other hand, is similar to the 12T but with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chipset, 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, and 200MP triple-rear cameras.

The Xiaomi 12T is priced at PHP 26,999, while the Xiaomi 12T Pro is at PHP 37,999.

OnePlus 10T

The OnePlus 10T boasts a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, up to 16GB RAM, up to 256GB storage, 50MP triple-rear cameras, and a 4,800mAh battery with 150W fast charging which OnePlus says can provide “a day’s power” in 10 minutes of charging.

The OnePlus 10T 5G 8GB + 128GB is at PHP 35,990, while the 16GB + 256GB is at PHP 39,990.

Infinix ZERO ULTRA

The Infinix ZERO ULTra launched in the Philippines in October and features a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, 200MP triple-rear cameras, and a 4,500mAh battery with 180W fast charging, which can charge to 100% in just 12 minutes.

The Infinix ZERO ULTRA is priced at PHP 21,999.

And there you have it. These are the smartphones with the fastest charging rate in the Philippines to date. It’s likely next year that we’ll see more smartphones that will break the 200W charging rate barrier, following iQOO and Xiaomi’s lead.
