Its as simple as its the brand name that you need to buy and not the technology. BlackBerry Z30 has just recently been released two weeks ago. We had our BlackBerry Advantage event last June 21 at Ascott Hotel Makati to which we introduced our the new BlackBerry products, the BlackBerry Z3, BlackBerry Manitoba, BlackBerry Classic and BlackBerry Passport.

It is more of Technology than brand for me. In Blackberry 10, I value the intuitive and secured OS more than the hardware itself.

Priced competitively w/ the Xiaomi Mi3. I can’t think of enough reasons to get this over the Mi3.

These devises run on two different OS platforms and comparing Specs is like comparing apples and oranges. Do you owned a Redmi 1S phone?
Users of Redmi 1S are reporting these issues:
    – Apps and media files can not be save to SD card
    – Bugs about the dual sims
    – amount of RAM not enough for a primary phone e.g. 1 GB RAM not enough for multi tasking

The Redmi 1S has a Quad Core Snapdragon 400 CPU, with the same Adreno 305 GPU but is still CHEAPER ….

Gorgeously overpriced. Even if it’s not, i can’t live without my beloved Android apps. Much too late for BlackBerry.

Z30 was released last year and available at Kim Store and Widget City. I am glad that Blackberry is coming back to the Philippines with their Z3 Offering. The phone was launched successfully in Indonesia and has done well in India so far. More choices for the Pinoy consumers.
