5 Must-Have Apps for Health Conscious People

We’ve all come to a certain point in our lives when we tried to stray away from our sedentary lifestyle. But then that motivation only burns for a while and soon, we find ourselves crawling helplessly only to have that flame extinguished by this contagious plague called ‘laziness’.

And because of that, we curated a list of 5 must-have apps for people who want to start living a healthy lifestyle or yet, people who are already in the process of it. Also, these apps are both available on Android and iOS. Without further ado, let’s jump right in!

1.  MyFitnessPal

We are all aware of how hard it is to manually keep track of our meal, and sometimes we tend to eat mindlessly. I mean, seriously, who still has time for that? But this app is a total game changer. Containing a whopping 6+ million food in their database, you have no more excuse not to log your food. It also shows how much calorie your food contains, which will definitely help you reach your weight goal.

2. 30 Day Fit Challenge Workout

Aside from keeping track of the food we eat, working out is something most of us tend to avoid at all cost. Even there mere thought of doing it is already exhausting. So what better way to start living healthy than to start with simple workouts, right? This app, as what its title suggests, is a 30-day fitness challenge. Basically, it provides sets of workout with different level of intensity and only takes a few minutes a day.

3. Pacer

If working out is really not your cup of tea, then why not try walking? Basically, this app is a pedometer. It counts your step and it will tell you how much calories you’re burning. So if you enjoy long walks and would rather not do strenuous activities, then this one might work for you.

4. Water Time

As the cliche goes, one must drink 8 glasses of water daily. But of course, not everyone could faithfully follow that. Apart from keeping track of our food, keeping track of our water intake is also important. This app exists to help us live by the said adage. Basically, it will remind you to drink enough water and help you maintain a water balance.

5. Daylio

We know this app seems a bit different from the ones mentioned above, but of course, we must also give attention to our mental health. So how does this app works? Basically, it’s a mood tracker. Entry just takes seconds but will help you in the long run. It will also help you create useful habits like running, eating more healthy, and waking up early. Plus, it has cute icons!

And there you have it. Not too shabby, right? These apps will help you get started living healthily. Were you able to try one these yet? Or are there other apps you’re using? If we missed out anything, please comment down below and share it with us. We’d like to hear about it!
